This computer was just what I was looking for and more. The MORE was the fact that it is a convertible! Flip the keyboard and you have a giant tablet! Too cool! My only complaint is it has too few inputs. A problem I can solve, but still.

I have had no problems with my new Dell laptop. However, the Geek Squad support was horrible. On Monday, I was using my old laptop with no problems. On Tuesday, I took my old laptop and the new laptop to the store for assistance from the Geek Squad with set-up and files transfer. On Wednesday, I picked up the new laptop and took it home to resume work. I discovered that almost everything that I had touched in the past year was missing. Financial records, business correspondence, presentations, photos and everything else from the previous months were missing. To make matters worse, the same missing data was also now missing from my old laptop and from the cloud back-up. On Thursday, I returned to the Geek Squad for resolution, but they were neither able to recover the missing files nor explain how they had managed to delete them. To say that I am upset is an understatement.

It works as expected. I used to have a Dell years ago so, I'm happy to have one again. I trust the brand and anticipate it to be a good experience.

Responds fast to tabs when opening up on web. Also it has great screen coloration

Dell still makes the best laptops. Lightweight, but sturdy. The Intel video is very impressive and the power consumption is close to NIL even when stressing it using OBS studio and discord.

I like the laptop but I am frustrated with the Microsoft applications. I couldn't find a product key for me to use the applications that are already installed in this computer.

Got just what we wanted at a very good price. Geek Squad helped and transferred data from my old laptop to my new laptop.
