The Dell computer is very efficiently designed with comfortable keyboard and clear screen. It is also lightweight and easy to transport. The computer easily opens up with a very good processing speed. The graphics are very sharp and clear. The keyboard includes a number keypad that is functional for number input. Overall the Dell computer is a great buy and strongly recommended.

I was looking for a computer that I could do my taxes on. The young man who helped me showed me a couple of different computers. I ended up getting a Dell and it has a 16 inch touch screen. It is easy to use and has plenty of storage. It is lite and very compact, the picture quality and color are all good. I have not used it a lot as to windows 11. I have not actively used the copilot so I really can’t say much about it. The battery life is very good and I’ve charged it once and watched a movie and it still has plenty of charge. Overall this is a good computer, I’m just a novice computer user.

Great computer for work and school. I was able to get this computer for a very reasonable price. Lots of memory and storage. Processor is fast and reliable.

I really love this laptop. I am getting a bit older and the larger screen is perfect for my old eyes. This laptop is also very FAST! I am an IT professional and have owned many laptops over the years and this is my favorite. The 2 in 1 capability is also a big plus. I highly recommend this device!

Dell makes fine laptops. The "newer" slim design & battery life are good upgrades. Did have to go external for DVD's,and a dongle for more USB connections. Window's wants to take over everything. Nice to be able to go back for Geek Squad sessions on the annual plan.

Two months in and the laptop has been working flawlessly and is fast.

I needed a new computer and had a recent disappointing experience atxa well known electrinics store. I did research in the type of laptop I needed and quickly found what I needed my local Best Buy. I went to the stire hoping they had the laptop I wanted. I was greeted with coutesy and Mike, a sales rep took me immediately to the Dell product I had seen on the web. Mike pointed outvthe features, then offered me other similar laptops etc.. I decided on the Dell and itcwas on sale. Hexwas very informative and took care of me. I was happy with the selections, Mike's suggestions and information. I felt I was treated like a valued customer.

I love this laptop. It has a good amount of storage and memory. The color is beautiful and so far it's working way better than the cheapo laptop I got off Amazon which broke less than a year after I purchased it. I like it has a defense system, however, I do wish it had its own built in antivirus protection. I would be willing to pay more to not have do find another antivirus protection software. The McFee antivirus protection software is annoying as it keeps trying to get me to buy another subscription even when the computers defense system says there are no threats McFee keeps popping up saying that there are website threats.

The laptop performs well the 16” screen has nice color and for what I used it for it does the job not a laptop for gaming but for every day use I would recommend
