I purchased this laptop for my daughter and it has performed perfectly for her!

The laptop is meeting all my needs. It is a great couch laptop and work computer. It feels sturdy and has good build quality. No complaints so far.

The computer is handy and setup was easy. I especially like the keyboard set-up with the 10 key numbers on the right. Good memory and fast operation. Very happy!

Everything I needed to get started back to college in a computer. Loved the image, price and features.

Dell is my favorite laptop! The clarity of the screen to the ease of setup is equal to none! I love all the bells and whistles that come with it also!

Love this laptop. Plenty of new features but familiar to other Dell models.

This laptop is efficient for timing. My clicks are immediately addressed which is a time saver in a tax office or any business. I don't do much touch screen but the response there is the same.

The laptop was a great buy. I like that I can flip the screen and use like a tablet. The touchscreen functionality is great.

When looking for a great upgrade to correct PC situation I came across this beauty and the ram size and clocking speed caught my attention, then the price sealed the deal. Highly recommended!!

The laptop's great but I didn't get the service I was expecting when I wanted them to transfer all the data from my old laptop, I don't think they even tried!

First unit I bought had a manufacturing defect, but Best Buy replaced it with one that works fine.
