    wasn't happy that the keyboard didn't work, had to return to the store and it was corrected quickly. Apparently, Dell hasn't got any quality control being performed on their computers anymore.

    The laptop overheated and shut down for no apparent reason (on a desk, not in sunlight) the first week I had it. It restarted a couple hours later.
