How can you improve on excellence. It is Great product

Very fast processing times, colors are clear and vivid, Service with Best Buy in purchasing the Dell laptop was exceptional!

I have had this for over 3 months and it has not dissapointed me yet. Great for customization and reasonable pricing compared to macbook which prices are through the roof coming from a company that sabotoges their own products and devices so that their buyers are compelled to buy more. The only thing I dislike is the amount of ads that pop on the device itself and unwanted new articles. Just realized you cant right click nor two finger click, wack. Thank you.

This was our choice in updating to a laptop with Windows 11 to replace a Desktop computer with Windows 10 that we got in 2018. Since we have been Best Buy Total Tech members and have been using Office 365 and since the Desktop computer was operational, the transition of data to the new computer by Geek Squad went smoothly. I was able to load our Security software and Printer icons and activate Office 365 prior to Geek Squad transferring data. It has been a good experience.

Product is working good for our family's need so far. We use our phones mostly so we aren't on the computer much.

It works perfect for my everyday life and some gaming also of course playing games makes the Battery fly but over all it has a great battery

Great laptop. Work womderful with my crafting software

I love my Dell this far, I'm not crazy about having to go into settings to turn off the touchpad.My old Lenovo had a F hot key that I could turn it on and off and the blank of an eye, and ditto for airplane mode to turn off the internet. Otherwise i love it!!

This computer is a replacement for a ten year old one. It works fast and is very user friendly. The user is happy with this computer.
