Decent laptop at sale price, seems to work fine so far

Perfect, that's all that I've to say about the laptop.

The system is easy to use and runs very fast. I really like that it is a touchscreen.

Great laptop with all the right features and an outstanding sale price. Very easy to setup.

Perfect size for personal computer, love the ease of using the touchscreen, only downside is it only has one slot for thumb drive.

I only have 1 dislike and I know that it is something that only me would have. I am not used to the keyboard having numbers on the right side. It made it very hard for me to type. I fixed it easily with a plain piece of thin cardboard covering the numbers. Everything is great now.

Great laptop to travel with or for staying at home. Lightening speed with a lot of memory.

It works for what I wanted to do. Which is ancestry and being able to watch Fox Nation on a bigger screen.

I've had many Dells in my lifetime, and I am very satisfied with them. My laptop was getting old so I decided to buy a new one. I pretty much knew I'd buy another Dell, but the sales people were very helpful in showing me the pros and cons of this and other brands so I could compare. I am completely satisfied with this purchase, and as always the super helpful and knowledgeable Best Buy people.

So we used the Geek Squad and Pete was amazing. I had my old laptop data transferred to my new laptop we bought from Best Buy and Pete just knocked it out of the park!

Impressive laptop compared to my old HP, I can run QuickBooks so much faster. I have not had 1 complaint yet.

I just got my Dell-Plus 2-in-1 16" a week ago but so far I'm enjoying working on it. The key board is easy to work on even after several hours. The screen is clear and bright. I'm not very knowledgeable about the different computers, etc. but maybe there are some other buyers like me that need a computer and one that is fairly easy to adjust to and use with ease. This one is a really good choice to buy.

I'm Very Pleased with my DELL Laptop! It's a good machine at a Very Good Price!
