    Best buy has very good and quality product also their costumer service is so welcoming. They will educated and cancel you on the product you want, tell you whats is good for your activity which is a great thing.

    Nice replacement for my older laptop-same but updated-easy set up-this will be 4th of the same. Good price-I always get the extended coverage with GS/Best Buy-it has proved to be worth it.

    wasn't happy that the keyboard didn't work, had to return to the store and it was corrected quickly. Apparently, Dell hasn't got any quality control being performed on their computers anymore.

    The laptop overheated and shut down for no apparent reason (on a desk, not in sunlight) the first week I had it. It restarted a couple hours later.
