    Pleasant unit, although the rubber rest strips already came off. The backlight could be brighter. The Dell support is excellent. I would give this laptop an 8 out of 10. Costly!!

    The battery is short life and has to be charged with every use. The press on button is hit or miss with each pressing

    I have taken my brand new Dell laptop to Best Buy 3 times to fix why the pointer does not appear on the screen when using the touchpad. It only appears sporadically and only comes back sporadically. Does display using mouse. The local Geek Squad has really tried hard to fix but to no avail. The laptop is now in Tennessee for their top level Geek Squad to look at. Don’t have it back yet. I’ve always liked Dell so really disappointed. Not very happy with the laptop right now. Probably will recommend based on past experience but not with this experience.
