Great laptop has everything on it that i needed was easy to transfer everything to it

Excellent, very fast connectivity (no issues with compatibility), Dell support is perfect as always, all that I expected, batery long also very good, a very round product, screen touch, I also use VMs, they work perfectly.

Has been a great laptop for me as a college graduate student.

I really enjoy this laptop. I was long overdue for an upgrade. Yes, there's much to learn and I'm not the best with computers, but I do like this one, so it's all good!

Ugh, seriously, it feels like you can't ever get a win with some people, right? All you get are empty promises that never seem to materialize. It's so frustrating when you're expecting something to happen and it just… doesn't. I'm tired of hearing "we'll do it" and then seeing nothing change. Is it too much to ask for some follow-through? I really needed a new laptop for gaming. This one is equipped with everything I need to play online and solo. I don’t have to pick and choose which packs to download now because I finally have the room for all of them plus additional games.
