    Credit Service- Great Product-My previous lap top is 16 years old and also a Dell which I purchased from you 16 years ago and it still works only it is not compatible with Windows and other new updates but love Dell. Never had to replace the battery

    Efficient but does get very hot unless you set it to max cooling which does drain the battery faster.

    Great laptop! First purchase was an open box HP and ended up returning it (on the advice of geek squad) who said it had a fundamental problem that slipped through. No trouble with this one!
