I have been able to manage well using this computer for simple things. There is more that it can do but I needed to be told the items I needed to put in the computer (i,e, the security system). I will have to call the Dell company to get this help. I will also need to take a class at the senior center since Best buy does not offer this much needed service.

Oh my gosh this computer is amazing! Fast and so easy to use. Love this computer! Also the tech associate was great - he took his time and LISTENED to what we wanted and his suggestion for the computer was exact and perfect for what we needed.

This laptop has very large ssd drive and plenty of ram forvwhat i am using it for. The only con for this laptop is very few usb hook ups and no sd card reader, but other then that this is a very solid laptop for the price.

This laptop meets all my needs and is easy to use. It required no learning curve and was compatible with my current equipment. It was ready to go just walking out the door no extra work needed.

Was and is worth the price have only owned it a couple of weeks and works great. Takes a little bit to get used to compared to the earlier windows i have not had any issues as if yet

Ive had the computer a couple weeks. It works great. I have a tendency toopen tabs. So far it has not buffered anything. I love it.

We really haven't had a chance to use it because it was bought for work that hasnt started yet but the price was fair for the stats and the saleswoman was excellent.
