    Good computer for price. We was not looking for a new pc but after Microsoft update our 3 year old pc completely crashed and was forced to buy a new one.

    Efficient but does get very hot unless you set it to max cooling which does drain the battery faster.

    Credit Service- Great Product-My previous lap top is 16 years old and also a Dell which I purchased from you 16 years ago and it still works only it is not compatible with Windows and other new updates but love Dell. Never had to replace the battery
