From riding around in a padded laptop bag, 2 keys have popped off with no way to reattach. The keyboard constantly disconnects for no reason. I thought for the price I was getting a premium product. The action on the keys is nice. I like the look and feel, but all of that is meaningless if it can be relied on and is now looking ragged and broken. Go for a different brand. Not great..

This is a great mouse/keyboard combo. The keyboard is solidly built and has some weight to it so it doesn't slide around or get pushed with harder typing. The keys are quiet when typing, not silent but quieter than most boards I've used. It has a lower profile and looks sleek on the desktop. The mouse is also well built and feels great in use. Best feature is the multi device switching. Competitors have switching buttons on the bottom of the mouse. I switch between two computers throughout the day, occasionally a 3rd device as well, and switching is quick and easy with a push of the button on the top of the mouse. Both the keyboard and the mouse are easy to switch between the machines.

This was a little difficult at first to get the Bluetooth on one of my computers to continually recognize the mouse when switching between computers. I don’t know why this was the case, but now it works just fine. The keyboard always worked and is very comfortable to type on.

I had hoped the 2.4ghz keyboard would give a better range than Bluetooth. It has issues at 15 ft. However, I really like the keyboard feel.

Nice features and really like the key board look and feel. Mouse can be a little quirky now and then but nothing major. Both are plenty responsive in Bluetooth or with receiver.

I love this keyboard/mouse combo. Perfect size for me and the keyboard is super quiet. The guide in the box is very general, but I was able to get additional information from other user questions at dell.com and BestBuy.com. The Dell Peripheral Manager makes it very easy to set up the hot keys on the keyboard and mouse. I’m only using the Bluetooth connection and it seems to be working really well so far. I previously used an hp Bluetooth mouse that kept losing connection. But this combo works perfect with my Dell laptop. While the mouse is a bit big, it is very lightweight and feels very comfortable in my hand.

If you have a Dell, this is the keyboard and mouse combo for you! It integrates with Dell's Peripheral Manager and gives lots of customization options. You also have the option to use the included receiver plus two Bluetooth connections is a big bonus!

Nice sleek design and feels weighty and durable. Most of the keys have a nice travel distance, but the spacebar seems to need more effort and makes more noise than the rest of the keys so I'm not sure what's going on there, maybe I got a faulty one?

Keyboard is smooth to write with. The mouse feels natural in hands. Price in the high side though but can be considered worth it.
