    It's a lovely beginner computer for my kid's very fast lots of storage space.

    Spent $$ to buy refurbished computer / have it installed / one year Geek Squad membership. All went fine, but you don't know what the glitches are until you start using the new system....so the next day or so you have some issues... Your Geek Squad thing is only on the phone....no one will back to your house.... I have a problem with system turning itself on during the night, big flash of white screen and she's up and running....does not matter how you turn it off, still comes on by itself So, you call Geek Squad for help in turning it off, maybe something different on this system....no help....so you have two choices: 1) disconnect tower and take it to the store and let them look at it, no idea whether or not you will pay $$ or not ( I cannot lift / handicapped) 2) pay someone to come out to your home and diagnose it, yes you PAY for this So, I have a system with glitches and haven't paid off the charge on the whole package so did not want to incur another charge for someone to look at it.....so.......you call the Geek Squad and hope they can talk you into fixing whatever is wrong/bothering you....or else you spend money on top of what you already spent I am not puter savvy, always had IT at work to fix anything / help you....so buying new system not for the faint of heart..... so...ignoring the other minor things that bother me and I need to learn about because I don't want to call again.....not confident in their help Won't do it again......hard for people like me/us who are kinda lost sometimes and the tech world had sped past us
