This unit is performing great so far. Im glad i turned to best buy for my computef needs.

My former computer was a Dell, and it lasted 15 years, so when I had to get a new one (the old one wouldn't accept Windows 11), of course, I got another Dell! I've had it for a week, and am still learning things about it.

Works as well as expected. Would purchase again or recommend.

With the changing environment with the update to Microsoft 11.. The customer service representative on line and at the store worked with, and directed us in the right direction... Thanks

Excellent purchase with input from the BB sales person as I needed to replace my existing Dell with Windows 10 to be able to get Windows 11. The Geek techs were great in trnasfers data and setting up my new desktop.

I am very happy with my Dell-Desktop-Intel Core Ultra 7-265-16GB Memory-1TB SSD-Black. It boots up quickly and is user friendly. This is the 4th Dell Computer that I've purchased. I've been happy with all of them. The one I just replaced was 8 years old.

This is a fantastic desktop that I purchased on sale for a GREAT price!

Set-up fairly easy, however transferring of files could be easier. Windows 11 could not run some of my programs and the Microsoft store did not have adequate replacements. System speed is good and once I get all the right programs for windows11 loaded it should provide years of service.

Just got this desktop recently, and it is working well. Pleased with purchase. Love the small size.

I was really surprised at how well this value desktop worked out. Much more quality than I was expecting at this price point. Could do with a couple more USB ports, if I had to find anything to nit-pick.
