Great product but I bought an open box. The HDMI port failed on the second day. I took the PC back and paid the additional money for a new boxed pc. I blame it on myself for buying the open box.

Computer is fine. Compact and very quiet. 1st machine had bad power supply which intermittently worked which created numerous problems. Replaced by BestBuy but second new machine had NO HDMI cord inside. I refused to drive 12 miles to Best Buy to get one so ordered online from Amazon. Hopefully the computer will work ok. Disappointed in Dell having 2 quality issues right at the beginning.

I was really surprised at how well this value desktop worked out. Much more quality than I was expecting at this price point. Could do with a couple more USB ports, if I had to find anything to nit-pick.

The Dell slim desktop is super easy to set up and so fast!

I had to replace my Dell computer to accommodate Windows 11, and so happy I did. This unit is so compact and fits into its designated area with ease. As always, Best Buy is there for me whenever I’m in need for technical supplies and support!

We tried it once to see its working after we bought it. its fast and reliable. it was not on sale at that time

Love our Dell desktop computer. It's fast, has plenty of memory, as well as storage. We were able to have the Geek Squad transfer 2 hard drives from other computers.

SUPER FAST! I truly love dell computer towers. Make sure to look into the plug in capabilities though. Not compatible with 2 screens very well.

It's fast, I really like it, don't take up much desktop. I think this is all most people need in a computer. and the price is just great.

Works great. Handles my needs as expected. I had Best Buy set up and transfer my data and they did a good job. It does not have a built in speaker or DVD/CD player so if you need that has to be purchased externally.

I have had a Dell computer in the past and wouldn’t purchase anything but. I’m very pleased with my new Dell.

This is a good PC & has good interactions with internet. I would give it a higher rating except for two things: 1) prices have shot up ridiculously high for PC's; when I bought my previous one 10 years ago, I paid 1/3 the price & newer technology is definitely not more expensive. 2) I wish manufacturers would go back to incorporating both a speaker jack & a DVD read/write drive into their PC's. It's annoying to have to add a separate DVD device which uses up more desk space. And don't get me started on Microsoft's planned obsolescence on PC's by forcing everyone to ONCE AGAIN buy new PC's or switch from Microsoft products.

Browsing is such a luxury feel. It is fast and the images show beautiful colors. I love and i m happy with purchase….it was an open box purchase and i don’t regret it ❤️

The Dell Slim Desktop -Intel core Ultra 7 265 is the perfect compute for me. It is small in size and perfect for all my needs. I highly recommend this computer.

The new Dell slin desktop computer is fabulous!! No more freezing or slow running. Just what I needed!
