I still have to work on installing my Microsoft 360 products that I will be using soon.

I've had problems with a couple of errors msg. and sometimes the keyboard doesn't enter the letter typed. I have to go back and retype. It's not my typing because I watch the screen when I type a letter and it doesn't enter, even if I hit the key several times.

Some things are different. Will take time to learn new features and layouts. Open box purchase was a big help on price.

It boots up quickly and is user friendly. This is the 4th Dell Computer that I've purchased. I've been happy with all of them. The one I just replaced was 8 years old.

I've had it for a week, and am still learning things about it.

I did not know this and that meant another trip to the store which is 30 miles from home.
