excellent product. i need to get used to windows 11

Dell is a very good product and I was very happy that they had the item I wanted and even received the sale price.

My former computer was a Dell, and it lasted 15 years, so when I had to get a new one (the old one wouldn't accept Windows 11), of course, I got another Dell! I've had it for a week, and am still learning things about it.

Excellent purchase with input from the BB sales person as I needed to replace my existing Dell with Windows 10 to be able to get Windows 11. The Geek techs were great in trnasfers data and setting up my new desktop.

I am grateful to have this computer with most of the installations taken care of before Microsoft 11 became my only option for the software service I need. I still have to work on installing my Microsoft 360 products that I will be using soon.

Bought for picky teenager who plays lots of games, he loves it!

Transition from windows 10 pc easier than expected

Did not have setup instructions ( senior citizens). Spent a total of 7 hrs, on the phone, with the Geek Squad

Set-up fairly easy, however transferring of files could be easier. Windows 11 could not run some of my programs and the Microsoft store did not have adequate replacements. System speed is good and once I get all the right programs for windows11 loaded it should provide years of service.

Great price on this PC. It was cheaper than anywhere else

Got this one for my dad and he is very happy. Form factor is slim. plenty of power for surfing the web and doing office work. Only downside is that it doesn't have rear facing 3.5mm jack.

It would have been helpful at the time of purchase if I had been informed of the fact that the CD/DVD player needs to be purchased separately. I did not know this and that meant another trip to the store which is 30 miles from home.

Overall it's a good computer but the USB ports are too close together.
