    It all seems to be working OK, but the power-on operation doesn't seem to be right on! By that, I mean, when I first use the power-on button, the computer takes such a long time to power-up, stating that it can not find the internet! So I power-down the computer by holding the power button for 5 seconds! Once I see that it has completely powered-down, I then re-power up the computer. this second time it always finds the internet! Why is this happening? Please let me know the answer to this anomaly! Thanks!!

    My desktop tanked and I was desperate. The geek squad transferred all my data from my old desktop to the new one I purchased there. All employees were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I have returned and purchased additional supplies because of the excellent customer service received.
