    Replaced older Dell COMPUTER. Was time to upgrade to Windows 11. Some things are different. Will take time to learn new features and layouts. Open box purchase was a big help on price.

    I am very happy with my Dell-Desktop-Intel Core Ultra 7-265-16GB Memory-1TB SSD-Black. It boots up quickly and is user friendly. This is the 4th Dell Computer that I've purchased. I've been happy with all of them. The one I just replaced was 8 years old.

    I am grateful to have this computer with most of the installations taken care of before Microsoft 11 became my only option for the software service I need. I still have to work on installing my Microsoft 360 products that I will be using soon.

    My former computer was a Dell, and it lasted 15 years, so when I had to get a new one (the old one wouldn't accept Windows 11), of course, I got another Dell! I've had it for a week, and am still learning things about it.

    Did not have setup instructions ( senior citizens). Spent a total of 7 hrs, on the phone, with the Geek Squad

    Excellent purchase with input from the BB sales person as I needed to replace my existing Dell with Windows 10 to be able to get Windows 11. The Geek techs were great in trnasfers data and setting up my new desktop.
