I recently purchased the Dell XPS 13 with the Intel Core Ultra 7 Copilot+ processor, and I must say—this machine is a masterpiece of performance and design. Setup was smooth, and the integration with Copilot+ features adds a layer of intelligent support that’s genuinely helpful. Great little laptop. Sad there aren't many 13 inch laptops anymore, but happy dell makes a really good one. Performance is decent, though from what I've seen is a tiny bit on the lower end of the 256v processors. Battery life is really that good. enough said there. Touchpad is fantastic, a little to get used to the location. Screen is pretty great, i appreciate the higher refresh rate and it looks pretty good. Not the best contrast ration but good and a lot better battery than an OLED which i'll take any day. The keyboard I think is the main contention. Part of me loves it part of me hates it. At first it feels pretty awful then theres just something kind of charming about using it with the huge keys. The touch bar i kind of love. It sort of gets too much hate imo unless you need the F keys. It's just so much easier to se the function keys which I use a lot more and somehow feels more functional. The esc and delete key stay no matter what, so they should have mate those physical imo, that's the biggest change i'd make outside of adding haptics. Get rid of the copilot button, nobody needs that. Has a bunch of neat security features built in, love that it has an IR camera and a fingerprint reader. The dual thunderbolt port also kind of love it or hate it, but I absolutely love being able to change it from either side so i'll take it. I just love the design. I hate some of the form over function choices and some of them make it just kind of interesting to use.

It’s incredibly sleek, modern, and exudes a premium feel. The laptop is exceptionally lightweight and portable, making it an excellent choice for people who are constantly on the move. It fits easily into a bag, and you can carry it around all day without feeling weighed down. The slim profile is a definite highlight. Performance: The performance is top-notch. The XPS 13 delivers a smooth and fast experience with no noticeable lag, even during multitasking or running demanding applications. It handles everyday tasks effortlessly, and what's even more impressive is how quiet it operates. The fans are barely audible, which makes using this laptop a serene experience. Battery Life: The battery life is another standout feature. With its excellent battery performance, you can easily get through a full workday or a long flight without needing to recharge. It’s very reliable for both work and play, allowing you to use it for hours on end without worrying about power. Things That Could Be Better: Keyboard: The new keyboard is a bit of a letdown. While it may work fine for some, I found the older version more comfortable and better to type on. The newer one doesn’t provide the same satisfying key travel and feel. Trackpad: Unfortunately, the trackpad is the worst part of this laptop. It’s not as precise as I would like, and I’ve had multiple accidental touches while typing. This is definitely a downside for those who rely heavily on the trackpad for navigation. Screen Quality: While the screen looks decent, it's not quite on par with other laptops in the same price range. The colors could be more vibrant, and the resolution could be sharper. Considering the premium price, I expected the display to be better. Overall, the Dell XPS 13 9350 is a fantastic ultrabook, especially in terms of design, performance, and battery life. However, the keyboard, trackpad, and screen quality could use some improvements. Despite these drawbacks, I would still rate it 4 stars due to its strong overall performance and portability.

it’s a very good laptop, working very well screen is too good

This is my second Dell XPS. The first one gave me 7 years of trouble-free use, so when I needed a replacement, the decision was simple. Compared to my first XPS, which was fast, this laptop is lightning fast. The image resolution is crisp. This go around, I did not opt for a touchscreen - I found that I rarely used it on my first XPS. In all, if you are looking for a compact, fast and reliable laptop, this should suit your needs.

Great portable laptop. Fast and very good for school use

This is an amazing mini laptop that is more powerful than I thought. I was initially concerned that I didn't have a terabyte of storage space, but I was pleased to know that by placing things in the cloud, I could do anything with this computer. I wish it had more ports, but it connects easily to C ports and is super fast.

Small, thin, lightweight, readily portable laptop handles routine daily tasks for my new business. Very happy with this purchase.

i owned few xps before but this one is the best by far excellent finish, love the black color keyboard is great and touchpad blend with the laptop no touch screen as my previous xps but not a big deal

The laptop has a great battery life. The first time best buy attempted to make delivery I was not home. The driver took the laptop back to prevent theft. Great decision. The second time a best buy sales agent also helped me with the purchase and get a time slot of when I would be home. All I needed to do was key in the payment details.
