Fast as the wind. The size is perfect. The only “but” is the battery life, it’s a great machine but needs to be plugged to make the most of it.

This is an excellent laptop. Very portable and powerful. I meets all the requirements I had for work and travel.

The laptop is very well sexy to look at. Probably top of the line in looks. The OLED screen is perfect for media consumption, and graphics work. The power is nice for a thin and light you can get some real work done and edit in 4k a little especially if this is a secondary machine to a desktop. My only issue is battery life, I belief any laptop this small should last all day.

I'm on the fence with this unit. The screen is amazing, the keyboard is great, and it just operates smoothly overall. Great unit. However, I bought the unit as an open box "EXCELLENT" item. The shipping box was destroyed (not Best Buy's fault, FedEx's fault) and while the box the laptop was in was relatively ok, when I opened the laptop box, there was no power supply. I contacted Best Buy online, no help, have to make time and go to a store to plead my case to see if they will allow the unit to be returned (since it is an open-box EXCELLENT item that was supposed to have everything and it clearly does not) or find me a power supply somewhere. I then contacted Dell and well, they were not much help either. Got tossed around to a couple of different departments and then was told to call yet another number to get the Dell power supply this unit needs. BestBuy online Customer care also wouldn't offer me any additional money off of the unit to keep it and reiterated they could do nothing unless I went to a store and pleaded my case. It also seems like since the unit is incomplete and I mailed it back, I would be charged for missing parts that did not arrive. Very frustrated given the description of the open box unit. The dell 65W USB C charger is a fairly common thing that Best Buy even sells, it is cheaper to buy from Dell but I shouldn't have to buy a part nor go to a store to plead my case for something that should've been with the unit and was not. Hence the dilemma and being on the fence as the laptop is very nice, just not very usable without the AC adapter to charge it! If this is resolved I will change the review but I'm already over 3 hours in between dealing with Best Buy and Dell and no ready path forward other than getting into a car, driving an hour to a Best Buy store and pleading my case.

Very disappointed! This Dell production has its trouble to install certain software applications. Say, after having tried all efforts by myself and the advices from the VPN software company Surfshark, the software failed to be installed. While the same software can be easily installed on my iPhone and on an earlier version of Dell laptop. There comes another hardware designing problem : the keyboard margins on both left and right hand sides are too narrowness for typing. It causes frequent unintentional touches to keyboard which comes up with a consequence of ruining the whole manuscript typed. The thrid issue is this laptop make it hard for user to create icons of application on its front page. In short, this machine isn’t friendly to its user

clear screen - easy setup - quality build - needed the extra RAM and this had the needed memory at a good price

I needed a quality, light and fast laptop. This Laptop checked all the boxes and I am very pleased with it.

I had my laptop stolen when I was traveling, so the fact that the location had the exact specs I was looking for really made my day. I've always used my laptop for work and it has to be small enough to fit into my everyday bag. The OLED is marvelous and personally, I truly love this laptop.

I love this laptop! I do data science and it has worked great for running code locally and creating figures for my papers. It's also lightweight which is great for conferences. Battery life is reasonable so far - I get a couple of hours out of it.
