As many reviews discuss, the touch capacitive buttons on the function row definitely take getting used to and the laptop will still get very warm (see hot! even with the "cool" setting on) under moderate load that makes it uncomfortable for lap use and can be felt on the keyboard. I had a first or second gen XPS 13 so I wanted an exact replacement. Got this at Black Friday price of $1,499.99. Probably would not buy again if given the chance.
