Worked great, but Motherboard died in less that 1 month and computer will not power on. Contacted Dell Support on 6/5 @ 12AMish. They said a tech would be contacting me to schedule an appointment to replace the motherboard, that it could take 3 to 5 business days... Who wants to be with a non-working computer after just spending almost $2500 after sales tax. :-(.... Not a great experience when this item was purchased to do my job and be productive. It's almost like missing a week a work because I have to wait on a technician...

Love Dell, but in this case, after 3 months the laptop froze and would not restart. Best Buy's Geek Squad sent it to Dell, who claimed the needed part was unavailable and returned it a month later unrepaired, even though it has a one-year parts and labor warranty! Best Buy then repaired it themselves and charged us for parts and labor (our TotalTech plan didn't seem to cover the repair either). Extremely disappointed in Dell, after being a loyal customer for many years. IMHO, if you offer a warranty, you should stand behind it.
