||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had the laptop for 3-4 months before starting to get occasional BSOD's when going to sleep. Eventually computer crashed so often it was unusable. Two rebuilds, one from GeekSquad propoer, still getting BSOD. Premium support from Dell is like a first grader trying to tutor an assumed Kindergartener. They require "screenshots" of the BSOD, even when provided with minidump files, showing they do not know how to actually troubleshoot. They then ask to depot for up to 10 business days and reset OS a third time because they can't honor on-site service repairs if they don't know what part they are replacing.

Dell laptop with lower standards.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really wanted this laptop to be great, but after only a month and a half the side of it has started to bubble outwards. Right beside the heatsink, so maybe its' getting too hot? I'm not putting under any load, and it's got great airflow around it. So, I can only assume that Dell has lowered their standards on the casing material. PS. I reached out to Dell and they told me that it's not even covered under warranty. That's fun. Thanks for not being helpful Viqas.

bad product
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.1st and last time buying from dell, this laptops been giving me issues after 1st month of usage ( i have this laptop for 1year and 15 days), basically after first month, laptop got slower and slower, i used to get 400 fps, now i play with 40,50 and lagging only playing league of legends, when i contact the support after 3rd month they took 6 hours to solve the issue through online support, and not even close to what it used to be 400fps, it was getting 140max, and after 1 month started to get slower and slower again, it takes 6 hours for them to solve the problem so i just decided to leave this way because i only play league of legends and cant not even open google chrome, i have had laptop of 500$ that does the same thing and lasted 4/5 years, this one broke the keyboard in 1 year and i never even smashed this pc or something like that, so ye keep in mind if you are going to buy, i wouldn't recommend at all.

Poor quality
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It’s one of the most expensive laptop I ever bought and I regret it. I am still paying off this laptop and it just stopped working just like that. I used it and when it was low on charge I plugged it and turned it off. Tried turning it on again and it doesn’t want to turn on. It’s been like a year and few months I got this and I just don’t know what to do next. I bought it due $2100 and now it shows for $355 and I am just so confused. I am literally still paying for this.

Laptop freezes up
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The reason I'm giving it 1 star is because the laptop started freezing up shortly after I bought it. Specifically, after booting up and logging into Windows, it freezes after anywhere from 2 to 15 minutes or so. I tried multiple potential fixes I found online, including disabling C states in the BIOS, downloading the latest NVIVIA graphic card and BIOS drivers, and even reinstalling Windows, but nothing works. I’m sending it back to Dell for repair so hopefully they’ll be able to fix it. I’ve had many Dell systems through the years and this is the first one that has malfunctioned from the start. I will update my review after I get it back from Dell, but so far it's very disappointing.

Laptop died 1 year later
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The laptop died after being just over a year old. Dell support was terrible, 5 attempts, 30 days, to finally fix it but that fix died 10 months later. Dell's response, you should have bought a longer warranty. I got better longevity from a chrome book.
