The machine is excellent! I was considering several options including HP (which always seem to go out on me sooner than other machines) and even a Samsung. I’ve had a work computer (Dell) for 10 years and it’s been better than any other machines I’ve had. I’ve gone through 3 Personal HPs in the same time. Can’t go wrong with a Dell!

I find the screen very vibrant which makes it nice to to do art on however I do not like the adapter needed to be applied to connect hdmi because when I connect my art pad it doesn’t give enough power to my art pad to create a second screen

Nicest computer I've ever had and got it for an amazing deal because it was open box and had a knick in it. It was crashing at first but reset it and its all good. I love this Dell XPS and all the help at Best Buy!

Really like the large screen laptop. Thought the large touchpad would be an issue but it is not. Like the matte screen, no gloss, no reflection. Also thought the absent touch screen option would be an issue but it is not, its nice to not see smudges or fingerprints on the screen. Overall happy with my purchase

I love it. It’s very fast. I don’t have data installed yet though. It took a lot of work to install the basics. It lets me know when an update is due. Last night it was very slow! Outlook issues!

Excellent machine and very well built and it’s fast.

This laptop does perform exceptionally well. It has fast internet speed, as well as quick to open apps. I did not look before purchasing at the amount of ports on board. I did end up purchasing a port replicator on Amazon so we could have mot USB ports and HDMI.

Great Laptop. I bought it in a rush because an "electronic accident", Just two hours later I was working in my project in the new computer without opening the base , thanks to One Drive

Purchase was handled professionally with no issues. In addition, there was an issue with the Dell laptop I bought and I returned it 24 hours laster and the Geek Squad determined is was a manufacturer issue and I received the same exact one and it was set-up for me while at the store.

This is a nice laptop. It works smoothly. I like the way the keys feel under my fingers. I ended up buying a bluetooth mouse, but I generally don't like touch pad mice. It works well for general use and am excited to start using it for real this fall when I start school.

This laptop is by far the best quality laptop i have ever owned. It feels heavier than it is, I believe this is what makes it feel so high quality. The screen is beautiful and bright. I have not tried to use it in bright daylight yet, but i believe it will not have any problems in the sun.

Its a gorgeous laptop, but the thin design and low power provided to the CPU and GPU cripple what the specs are capable of. It's up to you what is more important: pretty laptop or higher performance elsewhere for less money. I do love that 16:10 aspect ration though. It should really be standard on all laptops these days.

I purchased this Dell to replace my outdated HP. I am not much of a laptop user but this laptop addressed my weekly needs of completing schoolwork and occasional browsing. It's a solid computer for a decent price. Would recommend.

I have been using my new Dell XPS 15 laptop for a few days now and it is well on its way to replacing my old full tower PC. I just need to finish installing a bunch more programs and transfer all my docs, pics and videos to it. Dell was able to fit desktop level performance components into a relatively slim package at about ¾” thick and about 4.2 lbs. This model comes with the latest 11th generation Intel core i7 - 11800H CPU w/8-cores and Max Turbo up to 4.6 GHz. When it comes to multi-tasking for work or play this is a true workforce. Moreover the 16 GB of high speed DDR4 memory is plenty to simultaneously run many modern apps, create and edit large documents, spreadsheets and presentations. Also contributing to the stellar performance is the 512 GB M2 Solid State Drive that helps boot this laptop in only a few seconds. The most surprising feature is the dedicated NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti video card with 4 GB of GDDR6 video memory that rivals many mid-range desktop class video cards. Thanks to this advanced GPU, you can play many graphics intensive video games at high detail and frame rates. The 15.6” InfinityEdge LCD has very bright and vivid colors in FHD+ (1920x1200) resolution with very thin bezels, great for work productivity, games and HD movies. It also incorporates a 720p webcam and the additional infrared sensors used by Windows Hello for face recognition to unlock your computer. If you prefer to also use a biometric unlock, a fingerprint reader is built-in to the power button. As for external connectivity, the XPS 15 9510 comes with a USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 port that can also be used for charging and 2 of the latest Thunderbolt 4 ports downward compatible with USB-C 3.1). Unfortunately, there is no HDMI or legacy USB-A port, but Dell was kind enough to include a USB-C dongle/adapter to HDMI and USB-A ports. The laptop also comes with the latest generation low-power consumption Bluetooth 5.1 as well as a Killer Wi-Fi 6 AX1650 adapter for near Gigabit wireless network connectivity if you also have a Wifi 6 router. If you travel frequently or use public transportation and need to take this laptop with you on a daily basis, it may be a bit on the heavy side, so for me it is primarily a desktop replacement that you can move around the house with and occasionally travel with. It is very solid build quality, premium aluminum and carbon fiber materials that are bound to last a few good years of not so gentle handling. A few things would have made this a nearly perfect laptop for me: * Touch screen with all screen options including this base model FHD+ LCD (you can get the more expensive OLED 2K/4K versions that are touch-screen) * Higher resolution webcam * Built-in HDMI port so you can hook up to any TV w/o an adapter * Built-in USB-A port (lots of devices like cordless mice and keyboards still use USB transmitters) All in all, I would recommend this to a friend as a desktop replacement, content creator/editor (without touchscreen capabilities) and occasional gaming and travel system.

The laptop is working great. It was the correct decision and I want to thank you guy who told me to purchase th it s one based on my needs.
