I love this tablet/computer. When i want to lay back on the couch I use it as a GIANT tablet. If I want to do some work I set it on the built in stand and use the wireless mouse and keyboard. It's instantly portable and it is pretty fast for the type of device it is. I would recommend it as a fun and useful gadget. Love me some gadgets!

It is good for basic use . Recommend for kids home usage . Comes with Windows 8 . Could have been better if preconfigured with Windows 10 .

I loved it since I got it. Only problem I am having is the weird green pixel on the screen, usually shows up when playing video. Otherwise, it is a great system. probably have to contact dell in future to get it fixed when it gets really bad.

Great because it's big, but bad because it's big

This thing is like a very large tablet for someone who can't see very well. It's heavy though, so you can't just slip it in your handbag or even a backpack, really. I keep it on a computer stand and just move it along with the stand. I have another laptop, so it's fine for me, but if you're looking for something really portable, hopefully you don't mind the weight and you have a very big bag.

I bought this All In One thinking I got a great deal. I took it home unpacked it and to my surprise the screen was a defect. It was discontinued piece and I took it back to the store for a refund. Best Buy gladly took it back and gave me full credit.

i'm sure if i had read the fine print i would have seen that this does not come with the very cool monitor stand... so no haters please! BUT you can't even purchase it-- from anyone! so don't go getting it for the groovy stand and the alternatives at Dell are NOT so cool!

Great Form factor, good performance

I love the form factor here. Sad that it seems like Dell is discontinuing it. So maybe your last chance. I have the 4th gen i5 with 8GB ram and installed an SSD (beware opening up the XPS yourself may void warranty?) But I primarily run Ableton Live on this machine right now and it performs really great. The processor has never gotten close to maxing out and no lag when playing or recording audio even with a dozen tracks going. So even though this is now two generations old I think it will be fast enough for almost everyone, especially if you add an SSD.
My only negative about this is that I wish the screen resolution was higher. Many 13 inch laptops now have the same resolution so sometimes things get slightly fuzzy on this big screen in comparison.
