The Dell XPS is a nice upgrade for me. I had a HP for a number of years and was pleased with it but when the motherboard went out I bought the Dell XPS. It has the features I wanted especially a dedicated graphics card

The computer is great have, it hook up wireless and is fantastic. Running a business out of my home.

We needed to replace an outdated computer in our office that Geek Squad couldn't fix. The sales rep went over a few different models that fit our needs and recommended we go with this model. We're happy we did.

Love the Dell product, not enthused about Windows 10, but I am learning. Had to involve Dell techs at one point - very helpful and polite and efficient.

It's overall processing power is perfect for media work and running multiple resources at once. But the graphics chipset it comes with is awful for gaming. At least there's plenty of room inside to improve and add supplementary chipsets.

This was recommended to me by a very helpful employee. I could have easily been upsold, and really appreciated his insight. I use it for music, video, and pictures. I could not be happier!

Second one after two weeks the email contact list failed to work resulting in a call to Dell for tech help. This resulted into a payment of $198.95 on my credit card before a repair was made. I was shocked to have to pay this kind of money when the computer cost $900.00 just two weeks before. What kind of warranty does Dell give for their upgraded models?

I went to Best Buy looking for a specific type of computer. The sales person did a good job of putting together what I wanted. If anything, I wish he had sold me a larger SSD.

Shopped around a lot and finally chose this item. Very happy with it. Laptop failed and decided it was time for a desktop. This tower is perfect for our needs, specs are great.

Took a super system added 750 Watt power supply as I added 2TB internal and 440 GB SSD. With SSD boots quickly yet form factor less than my Dell 8300 which it replaced.

I use this computer for just about all my computing needs. I have not found a program to slow this computer down yet.

The gentleman Greg was a real helpful person. He listen to what our needs where and show us what would handle all our needs. Very happy with it and all so fast.

I have had my new computer for about a month now and so far I am very pleased with it. I'm still learning about all of the new things on it and it's all good.

Would give this 5 stars except once in a while there is an issue when removing the headphones and getting the system to play through as it gets confused and think it's still in headphone mode.

Also has a memory drive, which makes it very easy to use without the use of an adaptor. It seems still a little slow for the memory, so that's why I gave it a four-star instead of five.

I read reviews before shopping and this one got high scores. After a month or two of use, I am totally satisfied with it. It is a good value for the price.

easy to install...unfortunately the wrong connect wire was sent so I had to use the old wire. oh well, it works fine. I'm 100% happy with this screen.

As a long time Dell Customer and Stock holder in the company, I have been using DELL products for over 20 Years and found them to be excellant.

After going through 2 laptops in 3 years, I knew I needed better quality for my work computer. I got that with this computer!! No complaints
