Good desk top for the usual jobs. Runs all the usual internet, video, picture storage and ipod stuff without issues so far. I've only had it a month. The hard drive is a little noisy for todays modern tech. Would expected it to be silent. No issues, just back ground noise.

Had a problem with the 1st computer and had excellent support from the store and Dell and Microsoft. Geek Squad helped clear issues with my account with Microsoft and fixed my account with them. Thanks on helping me with that issue.

Have not had very long, but it is easy to set up, wish it had 2 HDMI ports for monitors but at least had a display port, just had to spend another $60 for cable

I had high hopes for this desktop and it even exceeded my expectations. Out of the box, it took me 15 minutes to have it up and running. So easy. The case is sleek and good looking. You need to provide a monitor and one thing to remember is that it needs to support hdmi. Mine did, so no issues there. The keyboard and mouse that come with it are a basic wired set. Not too bad, but might have expected something a little better, but that is my only complaint. For the USB ports on the desktop, there are more available than I can imagine ever using, a slot available on the motherboard for a graphics card if you want gaming performance and 2 more memory slots if you need more than 16gb of ram. Seems to be a great pc that has all of the power you need.

Don't even look into this product. If I could give it a rating of zero, I would. I had this computer for a half hour, and then it gave me a blue screen saying "Your PC ran into a problem" and forces a reboot after downloading google chrome. I attempted to do other things not involving the chrome browser, but after about 5 minutes, the error would pop up again. I then call the store, ask to exchange it because of the problems. Best Buy does exchange it, but I get home and then it does the EXACT same thing only by opening the default browser (Microsoft edge).

Dell knew that there were known defects between Dell components and drivers and Microsoft Windows 10 causeing multiple blue screen. Dell did not institute corrections before sale then had to pay Geek Squad to fix the interface. Caused a great disappointment with the product.

I had Dell desk top compputers yrs before and loved them. Now I have vision problems so I went back to the Dell Desk top with a 27" monitor. I'm very happy with everything.

Awesome Desktop I haven’t had a problem with lag while gaming. I play World of Warcraft and and paladins and several other online games and everything runs smooth and clear.

I have had a good experience so far. I had a Dell previously. This one is somewhat slower than the one I had before but it will do the job I need.

Needed a larger motherboard to handle the microsoft updates. Gives me more capacity for the programs I use personally snd as an aid in the group I belong to

Got the PC in November and the fan on the CPU had to be replaces already. no big deal but it was pretty soon to have to put more money into it

No need to do homework before shopping. The Best Buy staff had all the info & advice I needed. And, they spoke "English" to me, NOT GEEK.

Went to the store to buy an HP computer but I left with a Dell with everything I wanted in the tower. I couldn't pass up this deal!!

It has been a long time since I owned a tower--I generally prefer laptops, but find myself buying a new one every couple of years as my needs change... which I thought was a good reason to have laptops. And there are very good reasons to have laptops... I will certainly always have one... But... my current lappy doesn't have a DVD drive. It only has one full sized USB port. It's not powerful enough for some of the games I want to play on Steam. There are always tradeoffs... and I find myself missing a home-base kind of computer for those things that a laptop or Chomebook just doesn't work for when I need to be a poweruser. Some people never need to be a poweruser. Some people need to be a poweruser so rarely that they can't justify this kind of investment. I get that. But some people need to make an investment is something with a new, fast processor, a solid power supply, a lot of ports, and room to expand that they can depend on for a good while for poweruser needs. This is a really good machine for that stuff. The foundation is solid. This is the fastest computer I've ever used. It booted up lightning fast--even before I uninstalled McAfee. Apps open instantly and I am getting downright spoiled by the lack of lag. And all the while, I haven't heard a peep from any fans and the tower is cool to the touch. Even when I fire up a game. I have not installed a new video card, but even with the base hardware, World of Warcraft - Legion is running at totally respectable frame rates (85-95 fps in populated areas) on medium settings. Sim City runs smoothly as well... the Intel Graphics 630 seems to meet requirements at least for some older, less graphics intensive games and the CPU has the juice back it up. And the system can handle an upgraded vid card to meet more discriminating tastes. Video runs really smoothly and right out of the box, plugging into an HD tv/monitor with an HDMI cable was beautiful. I love that the tower came with a wifi adapter... I'm nowhere near the router with this thing, but the internet is fast and stable. Also has bluetooth for my mouse and keyboard... the perks of a laptop with the power of a tower. Awesome. Really thrilled with it so far and looking forward to unleashing its further potential with upgrades down the line!

I have always had a good experience with best buy, shop all the time. This system turned up in hurry and we love it. Great buy and value.

Always choose Intel, Was advice to by AMD, that was a Mistake, this Fine Machine is a Intel, very happy with it. Small PC

Over the years, I've had many computers. Of all the ones I've had, this one has the best and quickest start-up. Love it!

I researched this computer at great length before purchasing. I was quite impressed with the quality of service I received.

A good computer however minimal instructions in box and few software options. Maybe a pdf file or something?
