We use everyday, both the espresso and drip machine work very well, it’s very easy to use and easy to keep clean. I also like that it has a built in filter at the back that can be taken out and cleaned or replaced.

We enjoy this machine. Great coffee and latte & cappuccino. I do recommend getting a wand to do your milk foam for more firm That’s why I didn’t give 5 stars . The steam wand doesn’t make a the milk form firm but it’s good . Easy to use and clean

Coffee side is great but the espresso side is already malfunctioning in less than 5 weeks. Honestly it started acting up in the first 3 weeks but really causing an issue almost 5 weeks in. Hopefully we can get another one because when working properly its a 5 star machine. 3 stars is my rating because things shouldn't be breaking in 5 weeks. Maybe after 4-5 years with craftsmanship like this machine proudly bolsters.

Absolutely love this coffee/ espresso maker. I lived in Italy for three years and the espresso takes me back every time. Easy to use, easy to clean, easy to please!

All in one coffee, espresso, and milk frother in one. It was a good step into the espresso maker arena bymut quickly outgrew it. I'd recommend if you have a lot of company over with many different tastes.

This is the second coffee maker we have purchased from delonghi and we love it.

Easy setup, use and cleanup. Both the espresso and drip coffee sides are great. Even better as a combined machine. Added plus, the reusable filter for the drip coffee maker.

This is a replacement for another dual coffee maker. It works well and the coffee is good. Two minor concerns: the machine does not shut off automatically and there is no setting to stop the espresso at your preferred level.

I’m a beginner, but I feel this was a bit too much even for an expert. Cons: milk frother drips as does expresso component after making coffee. The expresso requires manual Supervision or it’ll keep pouring and doesn’t function at the same time as frother. Pros delicious coffee and steamed milk consistency is pretty even. I wouldn’t recommend just because I feel there are better machines out there.

I am really enjoying this coffee and espresso maker. I use #4 cone paper filters to brew the coffee instead of the reusable filter that comes with it and it works fine. Be sure to follow the directions about preheating the espresso side before each use. Makes delicious espresso and coffee. You can use the espresso side while coffee is brewing on the other side. I like that the water goes in the front for the coffee. The water does go in the back for the espresso though. I usually just pour it in the back instead of lifting out the little water reservoir.

This coffee pot was all is advertised to be. Easy to use. Can make a pot out a shot of espresso for an Americana. Looks great on the counted too.

Nice sturdy build for a small product. Great look to complement and kitchen bar area. Easy to clean and operate. Programable function is convenient, but the steamer takes a bit to warm up.

Been waitng awhile to pull the trigger on this. Shouldnt have waited. It’s amazing. Great espresso and latte drinks. Easy to use. Looks great.

Some of us drink espresso and some brewed coffee so this machine works great for my family. Had a defect where it leaked but easily replaced.

I am not a big coffee drinker but my girl friend is I love the cappuccino it can make. The coffee maker does not require filters as well. It's really easy to use and looks great in the kitchen.

After using K-cups for years, I wasn’t sure how making a pot every day would go. But this one is easy to use and makes great espressos.

The decanter pours coffee all over the counter when its full. Very poor design on the decanter. The coffee brew is okay. The espresso machines is very good but the steamer is not the greatest. Mine has a busted part. You have to work at it to get a good foam and sometimes it's hit an miss. If you don't empty the water under the espresso machine you will end up with water under the coffee machine.

Super easy to use and a great bang for your buck. Very good drip coffee and quick espressos or cappuccinos.
