    Fresh ground coffee could not get great shot. Cold milk, too much foam and air in froth, did not heat milk.

    The espresso maker was great when new but after 6 months of regular use it has developed a broken seal internally that prevents it from despensing water or steam and the main output leaks water as well. For as expensive as this machine is it's rediculous for it to break after 6 months.

    Looks nice but too hard to use

    I ended up returning this machine. While it looks good and takes little counter space, which is great, it is very difficult to use and quite a bit messy. And, it was a Mother's Day gift and my wife did not like the taste of the espresso that the machine made. Maybe all these types of machines are hard to use, but I followed the directions in every way. I already have a Nespresso machine, and that is so easy to use that perhaps I am spoiled.

    The on and off switch would seldom work and it felt very plastic and poor quality. Not worth the price

    This was so complicated, unnecessarily, to set up. Once I got it set up, it did not make good espresso. This was not my first espresso maker, and yes, I do know how to pull a shot...and this did not make a good shot. The temperature wasn't very hot, there was little to no crema, and it took forever to heat up. I returned it the next day. Very disappointing!

    I want to love it for its sleek look and space saver but it just simply doesn’t make the coffee hot enough. I played with the settings and the hottest it gets, its lukewarm. That’s not my idea of a coffee. My coffee needs to be steaming hot so i can drink it slowly not drink it like juice. Very disappointed.

    I went for this machine since the price was reasonable for a machine generates 15 bars of pressure and the is the point to have a good cup of espresso, but unfortunately I didn't enjoy the machine, it's less than 15 bars, need maintenance all the time , the steam is not hot enough. I don't recommend this product if you really value the original cup of espresso.

    It stopped working completely within a few months after purchase. Worst replacement system from De'Longhi giving me lies after lies that they will be sending a new one soon but have still been waiting for more than a month. I keep calling and their response is to keep waiting. I would never buy it again.

    I buy less then a year I left in same spot the whole time for some reason I press the bottom all what you hear is a noise but no cafe coming down Next time I will go with undranded machine it's my work better then worldwide knew bran

    The on/off switch worked for 48 hours then would not stay on. Online search says this is a problem with this machine. Completely disappointing as this is a present. Way too expensive to have this sort of problem. Sounds more like the old school mr coffee

    Wow, easy to make an amazing coffee!

    Creamy and full of flavor, that's how the coffee comes out of this amazing machine! If you drink espresso every day like myself, don't hesitant to buy this wonderful machine. Makes the best coffee by far (unless you want to spend over $1200 on an espresso machine). Also, it has a very slim footprint so it doesn't require much counter top space. Easy to maintain and clean.

    I am the first time owner of an espresso machine. I enjoy the espresso shots they are nice and strong but I feel the directions for first time use could have been simpler.

    This is the worst machine EVER! I bought this a little over a year ago and it is completely useless. It was giving me issues from the beginning. I can not believe that something this expensive, at least compared to my regular coffee maker, can last only few months. Not only that, I called De’longhi and could not get any help from them because the warranty is only a year, If you are going to buy something like this to last this short period of time, you better go with something from walmart, I think you get better support from them. Too disappointed.
