The style of this machine is great and it was the main reason I bought it. I also love the huge water tank which has been lasting a few or more days on average so far. My only complaint is that it's kind loud. Overall, I'm satisfied with it, but maybe it wasn't worth the money? We have a little $30 machine at the office that pretty much does the same thing minus the water tank.

small footprint, great espresso. of course, you have to start with good beans, ground right, but it produces a great single shot (or a long pour)! simple, programable, and is also easy to descale (even tells you when its time)

This is our SECOND DEDICA Espresso machine in 2 years. The first was a gift and the second we purchased at the end of September 2021. Our most recent purchase is now NON-FUNCTIONING. It was a great machine until it stopped making my sacred morning espresso shot. The engine runs fine, water moves through the machine, it's been descaled like a religion (with their proprietary descaling chemical) and yet still refuses to push the water through the sieve containing the espresso. If I remove the arm/sieve, it shoots water fine. Once the coffee arm is back in place with coffee-----nothing! And when I remove the container filled with coffee grounds, then it makes a huge pressure release thus spewing wet hot grounds EVERYWHERE. Best Buy refused to exchange this very expensive (to me) machine and now I'm stuck with a bum machine. I won't be purchasing our 3rd machine from De'Longhi you can be sure.

The espresso tastes pretty good but the frother can use some improvement

We bought this Espresso Machine because it was a De'Longhi and it was small and sleek, however, we had to return it due to the fact that the instructions to use it were too complicated for us and included a lot of steps to make coffee. We are old fashion customers and this Machine caters more to young modern people.

Love the coffee this makes. Easier than my stovetop espresso maker and excellent brew!!!! I grew up drinking espresso snd an very picky. This one is a keeper!!!

One of my favorite purchases I’ve made at Best Buy. It outputs solid espresso and is easy to use. I recommend spending the extra money for a semi-automatic machine like this.

I enjoyed this machine for the time that I had it. Ultimately it's overpriced for the machines it goes up against, but if in a pinch, one can make ok espresso on it with the right education.

The product came at the right time, ease of use and cleaning is simple. A lot of accessories available to make the perfect cup. Would suggest getting a bottomless filter to go with. Use tall container when descale

This espresso machine is incredible, it is only second this list, very easy to use and clean, in second you have a perfect coffee crema.

Wish there were more places that sold good ground coffee to make a great espresso, but after ordering grounds online, the machine does an awesome job!

I've used this machine every day, multiple times a day, since I bought it. If you read the manual, and use it accordingly, you can brew a lovely espresso in the comfort of your home kitchen. Nice crema produced, beautiful brewing temperature, spot on.

Good machine for the price. Makes good espresso but warmer on top doesn't really heat up.

Sort of work but noticed it was leaking on the bottom with clear water. Normally a sign that one of the hoses is cracked or broken. Another problem is that once you do a frother you have to let water out of the machine to cool it down. Letting it sit to cool down will not work. You manually need to have the frother set to push out hot water. Obviously a feature to help the machine but annoying. Contacted best buy about replacement but keep getting ghosted on chat. Not very helpful. The only good news is the unit broke early since best buys 14 day warranty is substandard compared to Amazon.
