You kind of have to progress through the story mode to earn kimetsu points to unlock rewards and characters. The story mode takes you through the end of the Mugen Train story arc. The battle combat is a bit repetitive, but the animation for special moves are superb. There is a DLC available for the Entertainment District arc, but it’s only for additional characters, outfits, and battle area. No story mode. :( I believe it’s impossible to earn all the necessary kimetsu points to unlock everything if you don’t have an online play option.

Fun game!
