Excellent remake on this game. The stunning and hand crafted worlds are amazing and feel real. You have to just stop and look around and see everything they created. Not only are the visuals amazing but the 3d sound and duelsense experience make walking through the world feel like you are there and as such they help on your journey. Immersion is amazing and as my first ps5 game I am glad that this is where next gen started off. If you are new to this series you will not be dissatisfied but expect a challenge.

This is probably one of the best console launch titles ever. Only super mario 64 comes to mind as possibly being better. This is essentially just Demon's Souls, but with a complete graphical overhaul. I'd never played Demon's Souls, but the gameplay still held up extremely well. I generally like the other Souls titles somewhat more, except DS2, but this game is definitely a solid step up from DS3 in terms of presentation. A must buy, if you have a PS5, unless you absolutely hate souls type games.

Got this one for Xmas and have enjoyed it. Good graphics and story.

I love From Software games. I have played the Dark Souls games, Bloodborne and Elden Ring. This is the game that started it all and the only one I never played. These games are hard for me but extremely satisfying. So far, enjoying every bit this game has offered. Just be aware of the difficulty - From doesn’t hold the players’ hand.

A showcase of that the ps5 is capable of. also tough as nails. If you don't know if you like souls games this isn't for you.

Perfect remastered game thats still brutal. Easily put over 200 hours into the game chasing the platinum trophy.

Such a great remake. Bluepoint knocked it out of the park with this one, I expect Sony to buy their studio pretty soon. It's a difficult game but stay with it, take your time to learn the mechanics and make sure to reference reddit or YouTube if you get stuck. The graphics are spectacular and the locations have so much detail. I could write on and on but you just need to play it, if you have a PS5 this is a must by. But like I said be warned, it's difficult !

I’ve now played every soulsborne title and this is by far one of the best. It’s cruel and punishing, but when you finally succeed in making it farther than you previously have, or finally beat that boss after more than 20 tries, the reward of self-accomplishment is worth every penny.

The game is beautiful and the gameplay is great. This game is really hard so it might not be for everyone so make sure you set your expectations accordingly. I have beaten a couple of souls type games before and this one is just as fun.

You want adventure and open old nonsense, go play ACV. You want a game that you break your heart, give you the "feels" and is worth the money in todays society for video games then get this. Its fun, challenging, you will die...a ton. But once you figure out that you are just going to have to die to get more stuff in a attempt defeat a giant blob of slime that throws spears at every part of your body from his, you will be amazed. Also this game looks beautiful on the PS5!
