Beautiful game. Shows the real power of the playstation 5. I wish they made more games like this. Its one of those games that takes time to beat. Awesome game.

Dark souls fans must have this game! Never played Demons Souls so it makes it a new Dark Souls game. If you are an experienced Dark Souls player, the game will be challenging but not like the first Dark Souls game you played years ago. Definitely worth the price, the graphics, and the play.

As a fan of the original Demon's Souls on PS3, I love this PS5 remake. It is very faithful to the original, while modernizing it in good ways. It is also the most stunning looking games I have ever seen. If you are a fan of the Dark Souls series, I would highly recommend picking this one up.

I love this game , however it is challenging but after you get accustomed to it, it does get to be more fun.

Absolutely stunning and a benchmark for the next console generation! This is nearly identical to the PS3 original other than the quality of life improvements and insane graphical upgrades. If you’re a fan of the souls series, this is 100% worth the buy. If only it was also available on PC.

This game is punishment but the reward from finishing it, like all the other souls titles, is great. The improved graphics is awesome although gameplay is still a little too clunky. I get that's kind of the point but I don't think they'll be able to keep that style for to many more games.

Fantastic game, but quite the challenge. If you are no stranger to the Souls games you will feel right at home here. Since this one came before the rest of the soul series, the moves do not feel as "advanced", but Bluepoint did an excellent job remaking this classic. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed it on ps3 and it was on sale. Its a no brainer pickup

This game, like all the souls games, is very difficult. It looks great but it is a very challenging experience. You would think that these games would have some way to set the difficulty nowadays for busy modern gamers. Unfortunately, they expect you to master it by repetitive and punishing mechanics. There are no checkpoints or autosave points or anything that you might expect a game in 2021 to have. Death and being punished for dying are a part of the game and it is tedious and frustrating. The game could be a lot easier and still be challenging for someone who doesn't have the time or the desire to master it. You are not meant to be challenged in Demon's Souls. You are meant to be overwhelmed and eventually, rise to it or abandon it. This is a game I will probably never finish. It's a nice showcase of what a remake can look like on the new console. There is a lot of visual splendor and artistry at work here and some interesting lore but the game is just not fun.

Just started playing it, but it's a blast! Tough and challenging gameplay that doesn't cater to those looking for a quick playthrough - which I can appreciate. Picked it up on sale for $40. Would definitely recommend at that price range!

Its OK. You can definitely tell this was the "prototype" for the Dark Souls games. It is still enjoyable, but one f the items is locked behind Playstation Plus (online play) - for example, the Monk's Head Wrappings can only be obtained by defeating other players by being summoned to play as the Old Monk. As far as the purchase from Best Buy, the local delivery option was great - my purchase was delivered within a day.

So the positive is that this game is gorgeous and beautiful to play. blue point did everything right as far as remaking this game. It is just a matter of if his kind of game is your play style. Personally it makes me feel like a mouth repeatedly flying into a lightbulb. But if that is your thing then this is for you. I have got too much else to do to spend time repeating parts of a game so many times In an effort to memorize exactly what happens at every moment. But great game.

This has been the only true PS5 game worth playing. It’s visuals are gorgeous and the gameplay is addicting. If you enjoyed Bloodborne or Dark Souls, you will certainly enjoy Demon’s Souls. I played through twice and got the platinum and enjoyed every minute I played.

Excellent remake of one of video games classic from the PS3 era. This game show the PS5 capabilities being the first generation games from this system. This is a hardcore game, not for the weak.

You can only get this game on ps5 and it uses the haptic feedback pretty well.

As a newbie to the whole Souls phenomenon I was pleasantly surprised how much i enjoyed playing (and dying) in this game. Looks absolutely amazing on the PS5, will have good replay value, and while you die enough times it's no enough to cause one to quit out of frustration.

Great game very difficult but very rewarding love the next gen graphics this is a must buy for anyone with a new PS5

This is a pretty amazing remake of the classic. I did play the original back when it first came out, but I think it is worth picking up again, since the gameplay holds up well and the new coat of paint makes the vision of this game much clearer and and really enhances the style
