The visuals have been updated to next gen quality while still maintaining the atmosphere of the original. Plenty of awesome bosses and cool areas to explore. Worth the buy

This game is very difficult, but feels amazing to progress... and you can farm souls and level up to make things slightly easier... eventually... getgud

I’m a big fan of Dark Souls. I love a challenge. Never beaten this on the PS3 but now it’s time to do so. It’s a beautiful game and I kinda hate the $69.99 on some of these games.

This is my first souls game and man was I blown away. At first, I suffered from the initial frustration of insta death but quickly became hooked. Truly a next gen experience on the PS5!

The game is pretty much and exact remake of the Ps3 version, very little has changed out side of the graphics. There were a few additional secrets and new items added.

one of the best games of all time I think. haven’t finished it but as a longtime souls fan, it’s definitely among the best. Games like this push the medium of video games to high art imo

This game look beautiful, plays like the orginal and I wish Blue Point would do more Remakes. This game just became much better with the amazing visuals. If you love Souls go for it!

Excellent remake, I never played the original but have watched videos this did it pretty good justice. I have to say though that I think dark souls maybe harder than this game.

This game is fun and intense but very hard. From my take you have to be an experienced gamer to really enjoy this game to its full potential. But still a great game and must have.

Everyone knows how this game is but the graphics have been upgraded and the game looks good. I waited for a good price and finally bought it when it was.

I cant lie and say that this game doesnt look beautiful, however it’s incredibly jarring to look at how ugly the characters look for no reason and their facial animations feel like they’re at 200%. Couple that with physical boss design changes and how Tower of Latria now has this lightning for no reason just makes me baffled as to why they would include a change like this. It’s still based on Demon Souls and Bluepoint did manage some great technical work while adding some hidden gems as well. It’s just that they couldve done the latter without damaging the former.

Almost an exact one for one remake with a few tweaks. Invasion griefing still exists but the games is amazing and has some great features for veterans to keep it fresh. Love it!
