I bought this computer as a low cost alternative to remain plugged into the living room TV, so far so good! It does exactly what I purchased it to do.

Great computer for basic usage. If you want a computer that won't freeze up for daily use then this is the one for you.

The only problem was not being to get my password(HP c.s. charges $100.00 to give me pswd) and change it to get into my Explorer. It took me a couple of days to finally figure out I could call Microsoft to help me(free).Other then that my computer is easy to use love the extra features! A good buy for me.

I feel that HP Desktop is a good computer and for the price it is excellent. Our basic needs are meet by this desktop. Definitely recommend this product if you have basic needs like internet surfing, writing papers, simple graphics.

I haven't taken the time to know all aspects of our new computer but so far so good. It was a good price. Wish the disk drive came out when I open it seems a little cheaply made but still ok. My old computer finally died on me a few months ago and the Geek Squad guy helped us pick this one. He was great.

it is a very economical administrative desktop for everyday office use. Very good value computing for its price

This PC is pretty good for the price. I have it hooked up to dual monitors as a home pc to log into work and it does what I need it to!

Getting used to the computer was easy. Getting used to Windows10 was annoying. Bu as to the HP, . . .so far, so good. I have been an HP user for 25 years., either computers or printers or both. That tells it all, doesn't it?

When my sons old desktop finally bit the dust i needed to replace it. I wanted to get one that would do everything he needed it to do without breaking the bank. Enter the HP computer. Its fast for everything he does. Quality is great and it has a hard drive that he will never fill up!!!

I run a small office and have 3 of these. They are very reliable for the price. Not blazing fast but my office uses only an invoice program, yahoo, and google documents. I would recommend to anyone on a budget.

It works great for my mother. A bit slow but good for what she needs it for: to play Zuma, open e-mail, use Skype and watch youtube videos. She is retired and she is in no rush to print or browse. Great price!

The HP computer is good and matches my needs. the efforts of the Geek Squad made this purchase a good experience. I was able to save and download information from my previous computer, also a Best Buy Purchase.

We use this so my husband can work with his music. It works great for this application. We use this on the internet as a second computer. It is compact and fit well in the space that we had. The price was excellent!

I got this tower for my grandma who only uses a computer to check emails and store pictures. It's fast and user friendly for those who aren't multitasking videos, music, and homework. Plus, her old set up was 6 years old and she was blown away at the speed of this computer.

This PC replaces a 5 year old unit that developed hard drive problems. The old PC was upgraded to the "free" Windows 10 OS previously and all my old applications made the transition successfully. Now that I am using the new HP PC, I have discovered that Microsoft Works is no longer available. You can always pay $7 a month for Office. The offer pops up on the screen regularly. I have also had problems getting my Brother printer/scanner to work. I got the printer to work by reloading the driver. The diagnostics say scanner, what scanner. You don't have a scanner! I realize that this critique is directed more at Microsoft Windows 10 than HP. The message here is - be careful. There's a lot less there than you might think.

I needed a computer quick after mine died. It works very well and is very reasonably priced. The processing power is a little lacking, but for most of my basic computing needs, this worked out great.

After reading other reviews, I bought this sweet little computer and it is exactly what I hoped for. I just need a simple computer for internet, pictures, videos, and email. It is very easy to use.

This was purchased to replace a 7 year old HP which was very slow, and running Windows 7. It has been an immediate improvement, primarily used for email and web browsing. It has a much smaller case, so leaves desk space available. For under $300, it is a good item.

This desktop has more storage space than I could possibly use, and is very fast. With Windows 10 built in, the updates go very smoothly and without losing information or settings every time updates are installed. I would definitely recommend this computer to anyone.

I have not owned a computer for a long time so switching to this new windows 10 was easy for me because i used the help option alot. I bought this computer for my kids to do school work on and so far it's been great. Easy setup and easy to navigate thru the menus.
