small easy to use lite and slim but have not used very much old unit still work well not ready to replace yet.

Fits perfect in our small computer desk. Worked well out of the box and the Geek Squad transferred data from an old laptop. Working without any problems!

I was looking for an inexpensive desktop for our office and this came through. I was happy to see less pre-loaded junk although hp has to have its update center installed which can be a bit annoying.

My new computer (also a HP) is so much faster than my old one...very happy to have it....enjoy using it everyday! AND....I am learning how to do new things on it...not bad for an 'old gal' like me!!!!

It has worked really well for a small office setting. Plenty of room .

My old one had it. I first bought another product and took it back within one week. This one is so much better, faster, cleaner and affordable

I am very happy with my laptop and my husband is happy with his desktop computer he just needs to learn how to use it and not think he is the head of the Geek Squad and knows what he is doing!

Me and my wife use this computer for basics and my kidsare using this to learn on. So far, the computer has worked excellent. Great boot up time, no glitches,very nice overall! Well worth the money!

It is a very basic desktop and that is exactly what I wanted. I need it for work and emails, etc. It's not fancy, has no bells and whistles, but it is excellent for my needs and the price is right.

After the holidays I hope to get to know it better. So far I really miss our old computer - that one was easy to use and maybe this one is too.

Compact tower, but results in dvd tray being vertical vs horizontal and requires care inserting disc. HP updates a constant nuisance, daily wants me to do some BIOS backup I don't think I need. it;'s some HP thing. Also came with Windows 10 which I HATE. Win 10 is way inferior to Win 7 Pro, which I had on my old computer. but Win10 is it now, and Vista was worse. Oh well. it was a good price and overall had features needed for the price.

My computer died on my birthday. So I sprinted to Best Buy to find a replacement because I needed it for work. This was a god send. It set up so easy and I was ready to go by the next day.

Don't know much about computers. We only use it for browsing Internet and homework and whatnot. I'm very happy with this computer at a great price!

Works good but wished it had more memory,windows 10 is hard to set up but has a lot of good features,,compact and can be put almost anywhere

I use my computer for emails and internet surfing, shopping, etc. I have had no problems and it is significantly faster than the 7 year old tower it replaced, as you would expect. No complaints.

Went to our local Best Buy after my computer crashed. Service was excellent. Representative suggested I look at the "open box" computers available. We found this one and am very happy with it.

This HP processor works well. Much faster than my old processor and didn't cost much. I like the sleek design and finish. It works well on top of the desk or under the desk. It was a good deal.

Desktop works well but was a bit slow when playing games. Video card could be a little faster but all in all system not bad for the price

No real bells and whistles but I knew that when in bought it. Good computer for the price. Will perform anything basic you want to do.
