the only thing that i don't like about computer is sometimes the wifi signal goes out, and takes a while for it to come back on. the tech told me it does this sometimes if to many things are connected to wifi. told me to attache a cable to wifi box.

I just needed a computer for basic school and household tasks and not for gaming. This computer is good for that. It hangs up every now and then. Not sure if that is the computer or Windows 10.

I bought this computer for my Dad when his old computer gave out on him. He is not very computer literate, but he easily transitioned from Windows 7 to Windows 10 with this computer. I set up everything for him. This computer has a very small foot print if someone needs a computer for a tight space.

I HAVE HAD IT FOR ABOUT 30 DAYS AND IT RUNS ALRIGHT . It should have had more ram installed ,it has less than half of what it can hold and some of that is not fully available for some reason. All and all it serves my purpose fine

we had to replace one of our desktops unexpectedly so we weren't prepared to spend a lot. The sales associate helped me confirm that this item would be in my budget but still have all the features needed. Very helpful.

After six weeks of light use, the operating system went dead. We unable to get the operating system to boot. At first, Geek Squad tried to tell us that it was our problem because we were not properly shutting down the machine, which was not the case. After returning the machine to Geek Squad, and being without a computer for four days, Geek Squad did fix the problem (as least for now), but never did fully explain what caused the problem, only telling us that it was probably a problem with Windows 10 updates.

This computer was purchased to replace a several year old PC running Windows XP for an Arcade PC. It does the job just fine. For me the determining factor was a VGA output as well as an HDMI. It's not the fastest computer we own, but we knew that looking at the specs. This is my only reason for an "average" review, because this is specifically an average computer. For MOST people this will get the job done. I wouldn't recommend it for gaming or higher end graphics or rendering, but as a computer to run MAME emulations, Netflix, music, karaoke and videos - it's doing a darned fine job.

PC has worked sufficiently as a work from home computer, I needed something inexpensive and this was the best I found for the money.
