We picked this model because it was similar to our old one. I had fun exploring new features, but it took me awhile to set up my printer to work correctly. I still have an issue with the new e-mail.

Excellent customer service. Our sales agent was so helpful and informative. The computer and printer works great for our child, only wish I noticed or was told it did not have speakers, must wear earbuds or purchase external speakers. However overall great purchase!

The desktop performs great, the only thing it could use would be more USB ports in the front (at least 4) and back along with a place to plug in wireless headphones in the back instead of the front.

I have enjoyed using my computer. I need to be able to search the web, contact friends by email and Facebook, download materials, and write reports. My purchase of the computer has allowed me to do all of the above. I can make my own charts and graphs too.

This computer is fine for the work we use it for. Took some time to learn windows 10 and still trying to learn it.But good speed on the hard top

I bought this for the museum I volunteer at, since we needed a new PC to use for conducting business. It has worked great for use in containing and using our databases, as well as creating them.

Had everything we wanted to update our PC requirements. Service Representative was the Best. He answered all our questions. We had a hard time deciding between two PCs, he talk us through all the pros and cons.! We are happy with our purchase.

I've had many problems with this machine. The internet connection is very spotty even when I know the signal is strong. I had to buy a booster antenna and works fine now. If open too many windows, computer slows down to a crawl. Not sure if it was the AMD CPU or the RAM. Swapped out for extra 8GB and now works fine. So bottom line ... this is very bare bones machine. Spend the extra money for a more powerful one.

This computer would be great for a college student but not for anyone who would play games or stream videos. Works great as a typewriter.

Purchased this to replace the old computer on our front counter. Was more cost effective than updating our operating system. Everything runs more efficiently now. A lot less hassle to update photos for our website. Could not be happier.

I work with massive spreadsheets and regularly require several documents open at one time. My previous all-in-one did not allow me to expand the desktop across several monitors. This new computer does, making my work life SO much easier.

I needed a new pc because my old one got bogged down with too much data to where it took forever to log in. It was 5 years old. This one is nice and clean, works well for what I use it for. Paying bills and some internet research.

We purchased this box for a friend who is bedridden so we needed something that would be solid. This HP box fills the bill. He does mostly text and web surfing. We've had it for 6 months and have had zero problems.

Works well, but I am not at all liking Windows 10. Response time is not all that great. I thought with a new processor, that would improve, but it has not!

We used this computer for work use and it is a little underpowered for our use. We had to create more space to fit our business app. Otherwise a good bargain

Great PC for a small budget. This PC has all the bells and whistles that a limited budget can buy. Best Buy and HP did a good job on this computer.

Desktop and monitor great deal. Printer was just too much for what I needed; returned and replaced with smaller printer, which I am very happy with.

I got this to use as a media server that had the ability to read DVDs, and the horsepower to stream to all my different devices. Bonus is the WI-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity so less wires tangled about.
