This computer seemed like a great deal. Unfortunately, I have to return it back to HP. I spent 2 days on the phone with them because the computer could not start up correctly. I had to wait for them to send me a software package because they refuse to take it back bc they believed it to be a software issue.I tried installing the package but that failed also. Now I am waiting for them to mail me a shipping label. More time wasted. Pros- Customer service was great and patient.

It's working good so far no complaints I wish antivirus was extended and included in the price it's not cheap

There wasn't a comparable intel process in a Dell at the same price so I got this AMD and was disappointed at how unresponsive and slow it was

HP is a very good brand, all my home desktop have always been hp. Just a little disappointed that its slow. For the price can't expect more.

bought this for my mom and she loves it would not be that good for a power user like myself but I didn't get it for me

Not enough plug ins to connect everything, I had to use the front connections and now have none to use as plug and play

When I bought my new computer at Best Buys for my elderly mother for Christmas, the salesman never mentioned to me that a monitor does not come with the new computer!! How is my mom supposed to use the computer without a monitor?!!! It was not until she received the computer that both she and I discovered a monitor was not included. I then had to separately buy a monitor, after the fact.

I have to wait more than a month to get it. Too much. Bad stock. THe machine works perfectly

Average computer. There are no slots for upgrading to better graphics or audio.

No bad price if you don't need a good performance.

This computer is very slow. It is ok for what the person using it needs to do.

But veryslow. I kinda wish I had spent a bit more. Also drops service often.

if you want speed, don't bother with this pc it's like going back in time

A great basic 2nd PC, using it at my co-work space

I bought this due to the HP name. It froze on me 3x in two days just setting it up for my daughters schoolwork. I returned it and bought the Lenevo, which ended up being a much better desktop.

Windows 10 - was told comparable to an I3 or Higher. Extremely slow without any additional programs loaded onto it. Using for work only with nothing else loaded onto it. Extremely disappointed.

It is slow to respond and the key board has keys that don't work unless you push them quite hard It also locked up when you have open more than 3 items at a time
