Computer stopped working after just 6 weeks, After hours on the phone going through all kinds of tests with HP. As the warranty is just for 15 days, I had to send to HP for repairs. I bought on December 26th and today March 1st, I still don't have the working computer.

My only requirement was to have VPN capability. Salesman talked me into a product he said would do it - wrong!

Small but when pushed for me it couldn't keep up. Decided to keep my old device and find something later

I love best buy so the star is for them. Did not like this product. It was cheap , small and had major issues from the day we got it, static screen freezing up and shutting down. HP tried many things and it still did not function properly. Had to exchange for other product. Poor Quality and turned out Video Card was damaged from the start which is connected to the mother board. Poor Design -Poor Quality-Cheap..

Desktop was slow, mouse lagged when using it. Only good was it had 1tb and bluetooth.

I like this desktop because it is slim and energy efficient. It is also easy to use.

This is a cheaply made desk top. Has software issues save your money

I have always owned a dell computer, tried going with an hp this time to save a few bucks...big mistake. This hp computer was entirely too slow, had issues installing programs, and took forever to boot up. Probably because of all the pre installed junk on it. I took it back the next day, and purchased a new dell. Huge improvement!!! Don't buy this HP.

Bought HP260 a020 desk top open box excellent certified. Bought 03 25 2017 had trouble in first year would not turn on had fixed at best buy. Lasted about a year would not come on took to local computer repair ,tech said motherboard bad not worth fixing

ran slow, then slower, then so slow I couldn't even tell if I was connected to the internet. Tried to get to Norton website to download my security but couldn't even get to the page I needed to get to for 45 minutes. returned item the next day.

This computer is super slow. I bought this computer for home uses. Once I logged off and log back on it takes forever. I would love to take it back but don't have the box.

keeps freezing up, wont load windows when turned on sometimes, wont play video from CNN and some other sites, wont accept input in fileds when typing from keyboard

This hp computer is slower than the 9 year old computer it replaced! The salesman, and I, were clueless. Hopefully I will be able to exchange it out.

This computer is really slow and shuts down all the time I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.

soooo slow sometimes things disappear for no reason ,I wish I could return and get a better one but my 15 days are up

It took 15 minutes to download a game my laptop did in 15 seconds. The a6 processor is not game friendly.

After less than two weeks, the mother board went bad and no longer worked. Wound up buying a Dell computer.

It's slow.The C.d.player isn't user friendly and it seems so convoluted.

Don't have the HP because it was defective and a Lenovo was replacing it
