Steer clear 4 hard drives in 6 months

Stay clear from this computer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Told the sales rep that I just needed a computer to do my taxes once a year and as a backup for my laptop. Computer is beyond slow and constantly times out and crashes. Also purchased a HP wireless 7640 envy printer. The HP computer is unable to connect and load the drivers to the HP printer. If a HP can't even connect to another HP product, what does that tell you?? I would stay away from HP computers. Not worth the frustrations.

Died after 4 months

Than one day I thought it had gone through an update, and shut its self down but after pressing and holding the button nothing happened. Even after messing with the power cable. So I had tested the power cord on my laptop, and it started charging. (It was fried).
