Fun FPS action, online only
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Destiny 2 builds on the foundation of the first game. If you didn't like that game, there isn't a lot new here to change your mind. However, if you enjoyed that game, this game has a lot to offer. The single player story will take your character all the way to max level before any repetition or grinding is needed to power up. The story is also a lot more in depth with events taking place within the game world rather than being explained in the online Grimoire. Finally, the shooting-- what you'll be doing the most in this game-- is incredibly refined.

Great Follow UP
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was a Destiny 1 player and Destiny 2 hits on nearly all the needed items missing from the original. First off this doesn't have a forgettable story. While the story isn't amazing it is enough to make it interesting. The true game lies in everything else. You are no longer grinding the same stuff but grinding is enjoyable as there is a wide variety to do. Crucible, Strikes and Raids are still there but done better. Strikes and Raids you can be paired up with someone instead of needing to bring your own crew. Very enjoyable action packed shooter.

It has potential
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Like with the first Destiny it has potential. I enjoyed the campaign and there is plenty to do after you finish it but just like the first Destiny it has a lot of problems. I'm still on the fence with PvP and rewards system definitely needs work. I was not impressed with the first Iron Banner event. My husband and I both agree that Destiny 1 was more challenging than Destiny 2.

Not as good as post Taken King Destiny 1
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Some unfortunate steps backwards with Destiny 2. Crucible is not up to Vanilla Destiny standards. Storyline is better than D1, but first batch of DLC leaves much to be desired. They should be able to turn things around, though.

Destino Dos
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Destiny 2 has been out for a couple months, it is not as indepth as destiny but it's early and only time will tell. Still has Great visuals and fun gameplay. Got on Black Friday so I'm not as upset as if I had paid full price.

Great game
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Destiny 2 has beautiful graphics and environments made by Bungie. The PVE aspect of the game is spectacular while the PVP is lackluster. The game is great for at least a month then the player runs out of content to complete.

My best experience with Destiny yet
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I played Destiny and the first expansion a couple of years ago, and I have to say that i wasn't "impressed" with purchasing the game at full price and then having to pay full game price for expansions to just get "add-ons". I purchased Destiny 2 on a deal as i refused to pay full price in case the same situation happened (having to purchase expansions for the "best experience"). The game met my expectations for a $25 deal. One is able to navigate the game with fluidity. One of the main issues that some identified with Destiny, was the balancing when players of different levels were in the same area, I believe the game made it easier to participate in co-op even when not on fireteams and help each other. Another complaint the original installment players had to grind, in Destiny 2 items and levels can be attained with a bit of effort. (Some people may say, it is too easy to level up) Bosses provide a decent challenge and even the amount of enemies scale nicely on public events. I would recommend the game but not at $60. Sound and Graphics are up to par with expectations.

Better than D1 but...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Graphics are gameplay are improved but prepare to get bored as you approach max light level. Content is slim at best for end game players and doesn’t offer a ton of variety for replay ability until the first DLC is released.

Small step forward from the first
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Destiny 2 is what Destiny should have been. It looks gorgeous, while I'm not a huge fan of the always online and online only policy of this game, everything seems to work well enough. Feels very similar to the original. No new classes. Just new worlds to explore and new loot to collect. It's basically more of the same in a shinier package. After a few months of owning the game, the online community seems to have diminished substantially. There doesn't seem to be enough content to hold the community's attention beyond a few months. Which I'm sure is intentional to prepare for the high prices DLC that will inevitably follow.

Great game!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The original Destiny game had players that extremely liked it or extremely disliked it. Destiny 2 is a huge improvement over the original. The people who like the original won't be disappointed. As for the people who didn't like the original and decided to give this game a chance, you will be pleasantly surprised.

Much better than the first one
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Alot of the errors or issues in the first Destiny was fixed in the 2nd one. This game is more like what Destiny 1 should of been, as far as gameplay and flow goes. Story line is amazing. The only downside is you can still only wear one exotic! Raid is super fun and promotes more teamwork than the previous raids.
