It's a lot like Destiny 1, but that's not a bad thing. Bungie really knows how to make a shooter and this game is no exception. Fun by yourself, but it's best online with friends.

This game is a lot of fun if you have people to play with. The repetitive nature of it weighs less on you that way. It is a gorgeous looking game with some really solid shooting.

It's not a huge difference from Destiny, but definitely improved in most ways, though some of those improvements are pretty slight. If you didn't like the first one, you probably won't like this one either. The story is better, but I do wish it was even better.

This is a very fun & rewarding game that is full of content. Highly recommend, but do some homework so you don't miss any of the game details. The more you know what your doing the funner the game is.

This is a fun exciting action packed game but it gets a little repetetive after a while. Much better than the first game though. Worth picking up and adding to the collection.

Bungee really stepped up their game with D2 and I believe they delivered on their promise. Story line is intense and game play is even better. They really make it more enjoyable for the solo gamer who can’t spend days of their lives living on their console.

I have spent many hours in this game and believe it to be superior to the original in almost every way. The story was much better, and Cade was featured quite a bit more. Getting to endgame was a fun trudge, and every exotic that dropped came with cheers!

The game does have some improved aspects, but it's a lot like the original Destiny. The style is the same, but most things are new. The game isn't bad, it's just repetitive.

All the things you like from Destiny 1, with much bigger maps, better exploration, an actual story and more. A solid shooter, even in a market that’s flooded with them.

overall a fun game, does start to feel stale after sometime tho if not working with people online. needs more updates then the weekly resets to stay fresh and engaging.

If you're a Destiny veteran this will feel very familiar after a few hours. Solid campaign, good public events, but PVP takes a step back with the random 4 on 4 format.

This game is definitely an improvement over the previous version. it is also Ps4 pro enhanced even though it is locked at 30fps. the ps4 version has a 1 year times exclusive extras . needs constant internet connection but that adds to replay value

Great story and better controls and graphics would recommend you to get the DLCs

I was hesitant to willingly get excited about Destiny 2. I was impressed with the beta but that was merely a taste. I remember anticipating the original Destiny game in 2014. I played it non-stop for the first six months. I felt conflicted regarding as to whether or not Bungie had delivered the game they had promised. Would the final product deliver? I am happy to say that it did. Let me quickly mention that you do not have played the original Destiny in order to understand this sequel. New players are quickly brought up to date in the beginning. Destiny 2 improves on everything. A cohesive plot with improved visuals, a fantastic soundtrack, and a far better reward loot system. The game isn't perfect but I wasn't expecting perfection in an online-only MMO. After you finish the campaign, you will find that there's plenty to do with side quests and side adventures that will further the grind of leveling up your character. The multiplayer (PvP) has been improved as well. I thought it would be a mistake to lower the player count from 6v6 to 4v4 but I was wrong and find myself enjoying the competitive play more because, with smaller teams, we have to REALLY work together to win. It seems that Bungie is really trying this time around in putting out new content to keep players coming back week after week. I enjoy traversing planets and taking in the gorgeous landscapes or seeing how deep the caverns go on certain planets. I think there is something for everyone in Destiny 2.

This feels like a natural progression for Destiny. The gameplay is still fluid, the graphics are beautiful, and the story is definitely improved. I didn't give it 5 stars because I haven't finished the story yet and I've read that there isn't much post-game content while waiting for DLC. I don't know this to be true, though, and so far I'm really enjoying the game. Worth the time and money to pick this up.

This game is made by the makers of Halo. I loved Halo when I was a XBOX user, but have switched to PS. I love the game and the virtual universe where you see other players and can team up. Much better than the first Destiny. Great story as well.

Bought this game on release, if you enjoyed the first destiny you will have no problems getting into this one. I recommend joining up with a team if you decide to play though, it really moves along the time process it takes to get to level 20.

I was a year one player. I did not like it and traded it in. They released some expansion for it and my friend recommended that I pick it up. I put countless in hours and loved it. I was scared that they would ruin this game. They made it better. The matching making is based on skill on pvp. You are not going and getting crushed. This is a major improvement. The game is beautiful. The visual are some of the best that I have seen on a console. The story is outstanding with plenty of humor. I would recommend this for any player casual or hardcore.

This game is extremely addicting and fun. Some people may think that the end game gear grind is cumbersome (and I'll admit it does somewhat artificially inflate the length of the game), but MMO games are typically about the end game gear grind.

Good game, would be better if end game had matchmaking and the raid content was more boss encounters and less frustrating puzzles. Fun game that does get repetitive.
