Game is fantastic, and Bungie really outdid themselves with the story and game design. Only con is that if you don't have a PSN+ member ship, you can't do anything outside of the story, and public events. DLC helps that. But the problem persists. If even strikes existed for free, it'd make it close to 5 stars.

This game is by far better than the 1st Destiny, loads of content that will keep you having fun for hours

Playing this second addition to the series has been fun with my friends! Super happy to see another series see success! It was very fun playing the first and this one hasn't let me down.

Great game. Improved on some of the negatives of the first game. Mixture of RPG and first person shooter.

This is a great game if you have at least two friends join your fire team. Its also great if you started playing it on day one but It's not so great now following the first lackluster expansion. I would say maybe wait for whatever Bungie's next major update is in September 2018 and buy the updated release at Best Buy.

I’ve played the first destiny and was hyped for it but sadly it didn’t live up to the hype... destiny 1 was suppose to be the gamer killer for “the division” but it wasn’t. If destiny 1 was replaced with destiny 2 it would have been. Destiny 2 is amazing. I’ve been playing it since launch and still going. Get some friends... start a clan and start grinding for those loot!!! So much improvements I can’t complain about anything. GET THIS GAME

Very repetitive Adventures & the storyline is lacking Very similar to Destiny 1

I didn't think much of the game at first but it has become one of my favorite go to games when I gave some down time.

I was a huge fan of Destiny 1, and was a little hesitant to pick up 2, because I was afraid it could not live up to what Destiny 1 was. I was so wrong. This game is just as good, if not better. The world's opened are amazing and the graphics are second to none. I would highly recommend this to anyone who played the first.

This is a great coop time with friends, but if you are looking for some hardcore FPS that you'll be playing for hours daily, this might not be it. Personally, I'm ok with not having to play 4hours a day to stay relevant, (like I had to do in Destiny 1), but I also understand the complaints of the hardcore fans who are upset with how fast you can max out and have no purpose to continue playing. This is great for casual gamers and gamers who don't have hours a day to spend trying to stay relevant in an online community. Story is ok, gunplay is great, unlocking stuff (until you max out) feels fine and rather defined - not really based on some great luck random drop. The PVE stuff is fun even at high levels, but be prepared for some annoying enemies with antics that do not seem fair at times. PVP...well, it's pvp fantasy fps - some people love it, others hate it. I do it once a week to get the weekly reward though. All of this was done with friends for me though. With the exception of just playing the required 5-7 pvp matches, anything done alone isn't as fun after you complete the story.

It's pretty much the same game. The developers have made some dumb backpedals on some things. You can no long choose your strikes or crucible modes. Also, exotic and legendary gear drops like candy, so it feels like there isn't as much incentive to grind toward gearing up for more difficult events, raids, etc. This really should've been a 40 dollar expac at best. Good coop, but 3 player coop for most PVE content is so limited. 4 player coop has been the standard for loot grind games for well over a decade. Good for Destiny fans. Don't expect a whole lot of content immediately. I've played for ~a week and done literally everything other than the raid. Gameplay is standard Bungie so expect tons of aim-correct, slow movement speed, and floaty jumping. The platforming sections in some missions are like pulling teeth. TLDR: I'm a sucker for the loot grind, and it's an overblown expansion.

Great game, excellent graphics, characters and the story is good. Online multiplayer is also good.

Destiny 2 is better than Destiny 1. It features a more flushed out story and smother game play.

Purchased the first one liked it a lot. 2nd one was just repeat with fresh paint

destiny 2 start with a bang. Right from the start you can already tell that Bungie put story first for destiny 2 after all the feedback from destiny 1. Even though I haven't finish up campaign now, the story got me hook so far. I haven't attend my first strike yet, and PvP seems to be long wait for me in matchmaking.

This is a Christmas present. I have no idea about the game but I can say I ordered it online and it was delivered over a week early. So I am very pleased with the service I received.
