Destiny 2 looks great, and the shooting mechanics & level design are fantastic as well! However, gets very boring and pointless very quickly... The Forsaken expansion fixes all of this, so that is a must buy if considering getting this game! Basically it’s now Destiny 1.5 enhanced!

If you were a fan of the first game, Destiny 2 is a solid follow up to the first initial game. While is has its flaws, their is definitely plenty of fun and challenges to explore yourself or with your friends. It's not as good as the first but it has its own strengths and weaknesses.

Very fun game, my son plays it all the time. The graphics are great, good story line.

Destiny 2 doesn't change the formula all that much if you played Destiny 1. It does streamline loot and activities in a way that is unsatisfying and unrewarding. The loot really doesn't matter, with the way the game scales. If you enjoy Destiny's mechanics and activites then you will be fine, but if you want a rewarding loot system this is not the game for you.

My boys enjoyed the original Destiny and they seem to be enjoying Destiny 2. It's rated T for teen, but even my little ones can have an enjoyable time in story mode.

This review is more about Best Buy's customers service than the game. I preordered the game a few months ago. Delivery date was the day before official release (makes sense to have time to download game & servers actually opened for preorders 9pm night before release day). Shortly before 5pm I get a notification that the package was delivered. Check the mail, no game. Since there was no where to comment on Best Buy or USPS about the order since it had a status of delivered, I was stumped. Now, to be fair, mail in our neighborhood isn't always reliable. We don't live out in the woods, our mail person is simply bad at their job. (The entire neighborhood has complained numerous times.) But I didn't know if the game would show up later in the week or if it was lost forever. And the entire point of reordering a game is to get it when released. If it would have said on tracking delayed or what have you, it would have been fine. But if it says delivered, I expect it to be in the mailbox... also, we have cameras so there was no possibility of theft. Thinking I have nothing to lose, I call best buys customer service. I spoke to a very nice woman that said she would reship the game 2day express and send a gift card for my trouble. Only if the original order does come through, return the replacement or I'd be charged for the second one. Original order came in a day later, with the replacement a day after that (went and returned replacement in store). The giftcard came in the following week.

While not perfect it is a fun game. The overall story is much better and less of a grind

This is a good game with very good graphics. Very fast action. Ideal for online gaming.

Destiny continues its legacy of having great gunplay mechanics. However, the game also continues having a lot of repetitive quests. It is a fun game to play with friends and has a decent campaign, but it gets old quite quickly.

One of the best games I’ve played in a long time. So much to do and provides a great co-op experience. Good for the beginner or the expert. Would highly recommend.
