Played a lot of Quake over the years but Destiny 2 is so much better than Quake Champions. I haven't touched Quake since I installed this game...

brought this game thought it be better then destiny 1 but i wasn't that good

I enjoyed the game greatly for the first week or so, I played with friends and had a great time. After that the "end game" started. In Destiny 2, as Destiny before it, the end game consists of running the same content over and over to slowly improve your gear. I don't find this to be how you say fun.

Unfortunately they never made Destiny 1 for PC, so this is a pc gamer's first jump into the series...but it's a good one. You don't "miss" anything by starting with the 2nd game, it is really pick up and play, and you'll have a lot of fun. I'd go with a modern PC for this game...as your 4 year old rig may not cut it unless you cut down the options on graphics. The game uses Blizzard's login system (ie Diablo) so the game will always be registered to your account. It's a lot of fun and I highly recommend the game.

Just playing campaign so far which has been fun. Got this on sale for a low price so makes it well worth the price of admission so far!

I bought the base version of the game for PC and it's well worth that price. Graphics are fantastic gameplay isn't bad. Good game.

Some definite improvements to some of the progression system and quality of life updates. Runs even better and looks great on PC.

Much better campaign that the original game, the DLC may be causing some heartburn but at this price the story alone is worth it.

It's Destiny 1.5 instead of Destiny 2, imo. Nothing drastic has changed, just revamped UI and some story. This feels more like an expansion, rather than a sequel. However, if you just want more Destiny, then you would definitely enjoy this game. More loot to loot

I love this game. I played hours of it. The expansions are very cool and deep with story. If you played the first one, your going to love this one. Can't wait for the taken king in September. I definitely recommend it to a friend. The only problem is you need friends to play with, so you can beat the raids. If you're getting this game make sure you have friends to play with. If not just play online and find someone. Graphics are beautiful and smooth as ever. Bungie killed it.

If you dont mind hamster wheel games this ones for you, but i personally thought the endgame grind was tedious and wasn't very enjoyable. If you're buying it just for the campaign i think its worth it.

Waiting for updates to make it more exciting to play.

The game is very fun, fast paced and the environments are absolutely amazing never imagined a game could be so fun

I really wanted to like it, but weapon system sucked, the gear was pointless. There was no more grind. The soundtrack was great and same with the graphics. Hopefully they fix it in the second expansion

The game is fun but end game isn't there to enjoy.

This game is better than the first one for gameplay, graphics and the single player mode. PC is rated best.

Started playing around 8:00 PM and the next thing I know it's 0200 the next morning! Runs great!

As someone with dozens of hours in Destiny, I was hoping that all of the negative vibe around Destiny 2 was just people who are whiners and who complain because that is the trendy thing to do. I was wrong. Destiny 2 is a capable game wrapped up into a twisted ball of mediocrity and downright anti consumer systems. If you are a fan of having loot boxes shoved in your face constantly and of being a slave to RNG, you might enjoy this. I'm not saying the game is terrible because it's not. However, there is ZERO reason for this to be a sequel and force people to buy an entire new game. It makes tiny strides forward from Destiny while at the same time taking huge steps backwards. Destiny 2 is the opposite of a developer learning from a title and than delivering a streamlined more tight experience in the sequel. It's as if someone at Bungie got mad at the fan base and set out to create a vastly inferior sequel to punish the fan base. Listen to the angry internet nerds and just avoid this game. I got this for $18.39 and I am returning it. No joke, it's that bad.

Destiny 2 runs way better on pc. I have not played the ps4 version since ive got it on the pc.
