I bought this online on Clearance last year for Christmas. I thought for the price it wasn't a bad idea for 10 bucks - I also really liked Destiny 1. If you don't mind the fact that this is the basic version of Destiny 2 with no frills or DLC, you will like this. The action and gameplay is as thrilling as the first one and jumping in and out of firefights gets addicting. The boss battles, while somewhat repetitive, are still fun. Without spending extra money on DLC, this game is still a lot of fun to be had.

Great follow up to the first entry from Bungie. This game has enough familiarity to it but also enough new features / story to draw you back in and play.

Much better game than the first one hated the first game felt like there wasn’t much to do until the dlc but this game has a lot more to do. This what a sequel supposed to do improve on the first .

Everything in this game just feels better and more polished. Graphics are excellent, finally a good story line, online play with friends is amazing. Don't forget the LOOT!!!

After being very disappointed with the first game, this second one is a pleasure. The story is good, the gameplay is fun and is exactly what the first game should have been.

Great game, it continues on from the original destiny. Minor changes, great story line and competitive play. There's always something to do on the game, it never gets old.

this is what destiny 1 should have been, that said, so far it lives up to the lofty expectations the destiny community has had. meets and exceeds them. well worth owning.

So I didn't plan on getting this until a friend talked me into it. Yeah, its a little like the first but it has more. I really enjoy playing it though. The community events are a lot of fun.

I am a big fan of the Destiny games. The second one did not disappoint. Amazing graphics, story line and always new things to accomplish. Great game.

For the price I got this game at it would be hard to say it wasn't worth it, but man was it a great deal! If you can get it on sale I would if I were you!

I thought the game was really fun and well made. However the campaign was almost too easy and very short, which was d issapointing. After I beat the campaign all I could do was daily challenges and strikes so it became boring quickly.

Great game to transition from Destiny 1. But it lost a star because you can't buy ammo refills. On Destiny 1, you can buy ammo refills for the primary (gray pick up), secondary weapon (green pick up), and heavy weapon (purple pick up)

After playing destiny 1 this kicks it up a notch the story's alot better gameplay is too haven't got to play with any of my friends yet but Saturday is coming up

Disclaimer: I wasn't a big fan of the first game, nor an MMO player. With that said, I enjoyed Destiny 2 much more. More so that I even bought the expansion pass right after completing the main campaign. The game is still best played with a group of friends, as the Raids and Strikes need it (and I hate playing with randoms due to the all the behavior issues out there). Even if you don't do any of that stuff, the campaign and all the post game missions, along with all the side missions, provide plenty to do for a solo runner.

Excellent game and exactly what I had hoped for in the original. The story has been narrated perfectly and the game play is seamless. I haven't had any issues.

Great game, with an even better story than Destiny 1. Smoother than ever, and worth the purchase. One of the few games I get almost endless hours of playtime!

It is basically Destiny 1 but with a slightly better story and significantly worse PvP. Add in microtransactions and it’s ok at best. Only buy it if you have friends to play with.

A great game at a great price. Nice gameplay and graphics and my son found it enjoyable from beginning to end. Mission accomplished!

As with most RPG loot games, the end game is a bit of a grind. That said, if you have been playing Bungie since the original halo, this is right up your alley. Grea score, amazing mechanics, and an overall satisfying shooter.

Destiny 1 never caught my attention, even after playing a few times with friends. Having skipped out on the first, and jumping straight into Destiny 2 has kept the game pretty fresh and interesting for a relatively long time!
