Destiny is from Bungie, the same company that brought us most of the excellent Halo titles. It shows. The graphics are excellent, the sound is great, and the gun fight game play is outstanding. I haven't played MMOs before, so some of those elements I don't fully appreciate, but it's nice to go through some of the missions with someone online helping you out. If you liked Halo, there's a good chance you'll really like Destiny.

Great story line, fun to play. A little glitch with the bounty system. Played some PVP, but I am terrible at it. Got it free with PS4 purchase.

This game is so addictive you can lose your job and your girlfriend in less than a week. This game is basically a MMOFPS (massive multiplayer online fist person shooter), it tries to throw in some kind of story, but the best thing about this game is the shooting mechanics, the leveling up and the looting. Bring your friends along for some serious fun. Don't say I didn't warn you, say goodbye to your significant other. Get it!

This has been one of the best game releases in a long time in my opinion. The graphics are phenomenal, the game play is smooth (even for a game played entirely online), the interaction with friends during the game play is great too. The story line is fun and very immersive. The online competitive games are a fresh introduction to the game world. Better than the typical FPS out there. The expansions look promising as well.

This game is addicting. The story is hit or miss, but the gameplay and the cooperative play whether in the Vanguard (PVE) missions or the Crucible (PVP) mode is better than any other multiplayer experience on a console. It requires teamwork all the time. I love the difficulty of the game. Even the the leveling and loot system needs some work, It's still a great game.

I bought this for my grandson for his birthday as he asked for it. I had to get him a game for his new PlayStation 4. He was happy with it.

The story is lacking in everything except the most basic plot, You level but your level has no real effect on multiplayer. The combat is fun and there are a lot of weapons and armor to obtain... would have been nice if they mattered.

If you give sci Fi then you'll love this game, you can play single player but it's really recommended you play with other people and the way the game is designed you'll find yourself alongside other players without even trying. You have to be online at all times to play so that may or may not be a problem for you. I love this game though it was the first game I purchased for my PS4.

I am in love with the overall availability Best Buy gave with this purchase, I mean a kick butt game like destiny, at a fraction of the cost yet all the same excitement

Great graphics, lots of action and fun. Very good shooter game. Don't expect a big story line.

I bought this game for my son, who had only been playing the demo. He was very grateful, but is bummed you can't finish without the dlcs.

I would definitely recommend this game for anybody that likes Call of Duty or Borderlands or Halo. it actually almost feels like those three games had a baby. I love being able to play for the story with my friends online, or roaming around by myself trying to find cool upgrades and weapons. The only thing I would say negative about it is I wish you could talk to other players rather than just the people on your team.

I preordered this game, knowing I can trust Bungie for their excellent history of game development. The game has a lot of potential, but it's shortcomings and incomplete storyline fall short of being an excellent title. With DLC and future releases, hopefully this game will keep players entertained. Overall, great art direction, atmosphere, and solid shooting.

Being a game made by Bungie, the creators of halo, I expected good things and great potential from them for a new game. Sadly I never really got anything like that from Halo after Halo 1 because we all know that Halo 1 PC is the only one that truly matters. Reach was a solid 3/5 I'd say, with the others following behind. Destiny truly does what Halo could not.

The game is fun, the massive world is awesome and the amount of weapons and customization is amazing. For some reason, it seems as though something is missing. The solo player game feels like a book with pages torn out and once you reach the level gap in the game and have no one to go on missions with, you are left playing the same thing over and over again.

If your familiar with the Halo franchise then you immediately recognize some of the base mechanics in this game with some fresh new twists. The story feels well thought out and inviting and game play seems solid. I guess if had to complain I wish that it started with a little more content on day one. If your gamer you should definitely give this one a look.

Scenes look real and the game is full of action scenes.

I've been playing this game since launch with most of my friends. The social aspect of it is what makes it so special. The gun play is excellent and just plain fun!

I love the guns in this game. I have so much fun killing people and running around it gives the other shooter games a run for there money
